My third time staying here. I actually said to my sister, it feels like we are coming home! Everything you need, close to stores, downtown, and beaches. Go to dog beach! Highly recommend this 2 bedroom!

We visited this place for our “baby moon” and had the best time! Listing matched the description, was very clean, and the host was super friendly and always responded quickly! During our stay we had some issues with the draining in the shower and messaged Brittany right away. She was super apologetic and sent a plumber out to take care of it! She even compensated us for the trouble - which she didn’t have to do, but it just goes to show how thoughtful she is and the pride she takes in taking care of her guests! My husband told me to save this place because if we’re ever in the area again, we will be staying here!

The condo was beautiful and had everything that we needed. We appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, including the Keurig. Balcony had a great view, very clean and well furnished. Beach access was a short walk through the building and down a few steps. Beach was never crowded, even on a holiday. Beach equipment and a wagon was supplied. We would stay there again.

Wendy was a wonderful host. Her ‘Penthouse’ was perfect! Great view with a covered parking lot. The pool and the beach were very close, and the kids loved it ! She had beach chairs available and boogie boards and the kids loved the beach toys! This made our stay so enjoyable. We had great restaurants nearby and it was a quick straight drive from Orlando airport. We had forgotten the lil ones favorite blanket and teddy bear , and she was gracious and kind to mail the items to us. We really appreciated her kindness. We definitely plan on coming back!

Had a great stay here. The inside of the apartment was beautiful and well kept. Truthfully I have no issues regarding the apartment itself. Parking though was a little tight but I also drive a truck. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

The place was really nice and it was in a great area, the only thing was that it did have ants, thankfully their line was only going to the utensils and not anywhere else. It might’ve been because of the little crack at the bottom of the door but the ants didn’t bother us and after a day or so we didn’t really see them. Overall our stay was beautiful and we hope to book again one day!

What a great condo in such a great area! We absolutely love the place and all of the great amenities. The condo was very clean and worked perfect for our family; the location across the street from the beach was really a perk! Can’t wait to come back

Great spot for shore fishing and beach days! The beach is semi-private so we had plenty of room and it was very peaceful. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Our hosts were wonderful, helpful and very accommodating.

Absolutely beautiful place this was our second time staying here! Sea turtles everywhere during this time of year super cool to watch! Our host Robert was very accommodating to us and our family! Great place we will be back!

My wife and I stayed here for a few days. The property is nice and quiet, and the apartment feels private. Martyn and Tracey provided us with beach towels, chairs, etc to take to the beach, which was only about a 10 minute walk, or 1 minute drive, away. I recommend staying here.

Place was in a perfect location to walk to the beach and all the local shops and nightlife. The bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in at an Airbnb. Clean, perfect space to prepare food and relax!

David was an outstanding host. We enjoyed the place and our stay in his property. The location was conveniently close by the beach. It was a peaceful environment overall. I had a short stay over the weekend as a gift to my girlfriend. She really enjoyed the whole experience. The place is well equipped with short to mid- stays.

Place was as described and reflected the photos accurately. Right on the beach, beautiful view to wake up to and watch sunrise and dolphins from the balcony. Has everything you need. Beach items were in the unit, although we didn’t use any. Ping pong table in ground level rec room was fun. Washer and dryer available for a few dollars. **NOTE** This is a very rocky breach. My husband and son hurt themselves on the first day. We drove 10 minutes north to a public access location with no rocks so we could enjoy going in the water. Overall, great place if you enjoy sitting on the beach and peace and quiet. Small drive if you want to enjoy swimming in the ocean.

The condo was very clean and spacious for 3 guests. I loved that I could see the ocean while in the kitchen. The beach access was great. There is a separate key to get into the pool area or back from the beach. The gate into the pool area was tricky and I had to play with the key for a bit before I could get it to unlatch each time. Because they take sea turtle nesting seriously, this made a late check in a bit tricky. The complex advises guests to turn off lights or close blinds at 9. This made for a VERY dark complex upon our arrival with red lighting in the parking garages. Once we figured out our bearings, it was fine after that. Not a lot of entertainment in the area. A lot of things close by 10pm. The condo is in good condition with one bathroom and the kitchen being upgraded with granite. The other bathroom is a little outdated but very clean and spacious. Some of the other complex areas are a bit outdated. Overall, the complex was safe and clean and I would recommend it!

The vacation condo is really nice and cozy. The condo is nicely decorated and it matches the pictures that are included on the listing. My family and I felt right at home. The living room and kitchen has a great amount of comfortable seating. The master bathroom was amazing with two showers. Both bathrooms had candles for the guests to light if wanted, making the bathrooms relaxing lol. The condo building and parking garage was easy to enter and maneuver around. Great location for visiting Merritt Island, Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral. JJ is an awesome host and he replied to our questions within 5-10 minutes each time we asked something. Check-in and check-out instructions were very detailed and easy to follow. We would love to stay again next time we come to the area!

We had a great time in Kathleen’s Big Blue House- apparently all our needs were anticipated, even the tiniest detail! Kathleen was extremely helpful, and replied rapidly to every question. The private hot tub, dock, hammock and outdoor shower- along with the charming unit, itself, were perfect. Inside and out, Kathleen creates a welcoming, cozy, pleasing space. The furniture was comfortable, and the bed, towels and linens were just right!😊 We loved the outside swing and chairs -perfect for hanging loose, having a cup of coffee , watching awesome sunrises and moonrises (until moonrise came later!), as well as the Osprey fledglings, various other birds, lizards, frogs and fishes dolphins, sting rays, and more! Kathleen and her staff made our time thoroughly agreeable. It was convenient to have all the necessities in place- although we didn’t do any cooking, everything needed was there! Toiletries were also available- as well as some books and games! Thank you, Kathleen!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo in Cape Canaveral! The moment we walked in, we were greeted with a clean, well-decorated space that instantly felt like home. The condo is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need—from beach towels and chairs to kitchen essentials and home goods that made our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. One of the biggest highlights was the private balcony with stunning ocean views—perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks while listening to the waves crash. The beach is just steps away with easy access, and the host provides all the gear you need for a great beach day, including umbrellas, boogie boards, and even a cooler! Another unforgettable part of our stay? The regular rocket launches right from Cape Canaveral! We were lucky enough to catch one from the balcony—it was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience and something you just can’t get anywhere else.

Tara was awesome! She responded super fast to any questions and issues and made the stay easy. The location was perfect and super private.

Everything is what was described , easy check in and out. close to A1A and US1 and close to super markets , restaurants and beaches . Great place to stay and enjoy the beach and restaurants. The place looks really new clean and neat, awesome host, and in the future I will consider coming back.

Great place to stay, just as described, not too far away from some great places to eat and drink. Perfect for our family of four adults

This place had plenty of space for the 6 of us. comfortable beds. reverse osmosis water available to use. nice outdoor patio. the host always responded quickly and offered information in a timely manner and were very friendly! I feel that this will be a vacation rental for years to come! we loved making memories here!
