Wow. This house is STUNNING! It’s in a neighborhood but feels absolutely secluded once you walk through the door. The back yard is an absolute oasis especially at night! The home is tidy, spacious, and welcoming. You look through cabinets and feel right at home unlike some air bnbs. We even left some things behind for other guests to enjoy after us. Our whole family loved this space! It’s super close to restaurants, groceries stores, and a 5 minute drive to Walmart. 15-20 minutes to cocoa beach. Communication was immaculate and the hosts even let us know some fun facts about the property and the neighbors. We are already wanting to return! I can’t recommend this place enough!

Very nice area, and house. Comes with a couple bikes, and beach toys, chairs, floats and other needs. If I search for a complaint so not giving a perfect review, I can not think of any complaints Great place made me wish I could buy it and stay permanently Will be back

Chelsi and Marc were perfect hosts - very responsive and helpful. The house is immaculate and very well equipped and the pool area is amazing. It was my daughter’s birthday whilst we were at the property and they had even arranged flowers for her which she loved. One of the best properties we have stayed in! Definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Cocoa Beach.

We stayed at this house for a baseball tournament at Space Coast, and it was perfect—only about a 20-minute drive from the fields. The pool was a huge hit with everyone, and the boys especially loved having the pickleball court to burn off extra energy. The game room was so fun for the kids! The house was spacious and comfortably fit all 12 of us, which can be hard to find! Also, there are plenty of towels for everyone. Morgan was great to communicate with and super helpful throughout our stay, even sending friendly reminders about trash day. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again in the future!

Shawn’s place was quit cozy and fit our family perfectly. The pool was a nice bonus. We were only here one night but would def stay again.

Everyone in the group had something nice they just loved about the place. Of course the kids enjoyed the pool everyday of our stay, my dad love how comfortable the place felt, and I enjoyed how cozy the beds and sheets were. Especially after being the beach all day! Speaking of the beach me and my daughter also enjoyed nightly walks to the beach was only about a 19min walk. An experience we will able to cherish forever! We loved everything about the place, they had everything we needed and some.

The home itself was nothing short of spectacular. It was immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. Every detail felt thoughtful and well-curated, making the space not just a place to stay, but a place to truly enjoy and relax. The location? Absolutely perfect. It was close to everything we wanted to see and do, yet peaceful enough to feel like a private retreat. One of the standout features was the home guide Zeena provided. It was thorough, informative, and incredibly useful—not only covering the ins and outs of the home but also offering great recommendations and tips for making the most of our time in the area.

Wow! My husband and I were really blown away by how beautiful this spot is. If you’re looking for a nostalgic beach house with a beautiful view of the ocean this house is definitely worth booking. The back deck overlooking the beach is perfect. I LOVED how accessible the beach is. We enjoyed getting up & watching the sunrise every morning as we drank coffee. The bed was perfect with super soft linens. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need as far as glassware & utensils go. Overall the house was very clean and cool enough to escape the heat. We felt very safe in the area and the neighbors/beachgoers were all very sweet. We will definitely be rebooking! Thank you so much for having us! We wish we didn’t have to leave 😭🫶🏻😘

This was a last minute trip for our family before our daughter left for the summer. She wanted to go to the beach and Airbnb found this place for us. Honestly, we didn't expect a private beach with so little activity, but I don't know if we can go back to sharing a beach after staying at this place. The house was perfect for the three of us and our dog, who is almost 17 years old and hasn't been to a beach in nine years. We were able to walk on the beach for miles and enjoyed some extended family time. Lindsey checked on us after we checked in and made us feel very welcomed. We were there for two days since that's all the days available, but we'll be going back hopefully sometime soon.

We had an amazing stay at this house in Melbourne Beach, FL. The house was spotless, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a relaxing Memorial Day getaway. We would absolutely stay here again!

The Quaint & Quiet Beachside Retreat was incredible! The location was top notch - extremely walkable to the beach and to local restaurants, coffee shop, market, ice cream shop, park and more. The backyard is very spacious - only note that the pool is only accessible by ladder not stairs so to be mindful with elderly or less agile guests. But the pool was very clean and great temperature and very enjoyable! Zach was an excellent host and very responsive when we had questions! My family could not stop raving about how amazing this vacation was and we would stay here again!

Very nice place in a quiet neighborhood with easy/close beach access. House has a pleasant home feel! Great place for a family to stay. Kim is very helpful, and provides lots of info about the area and always quick to respond to any questions.

Wonderful stay for 7 adults and 1 small dog. Very comfortable, clean, & well stocked house. Pool was a lot of fun to gather around. Plenty of games were available at the house for guests' use. A short walk to the clean beach. We watched a rocket lift from the beach one night. Many restaurants were available within 5 minutes driving distance. Any questions or concerns were dealt with efficiently & professionally by Jose, who was always available via text. We would happily rent this property again. We were sad to end our vacation. Nicest place I think we've stayed. The house is amazing, right on water, private, and had everything you could possibly need. Grill, fire pit, and plenty of chairs to sit outside. fantastic location. easy walk downtown and quick ride to the beach. Beth communicated great and went out of her way to immediately replace a coffee maker that wasn't working, even though we told her it was fine. inside of house just as nice as outside. We will def try and book again.

We had an amazing stay at this home. It was even better in person than the pictures on line. Very clean, decorated beautifully, and very comfortable. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway!

The description on AirBnB undersold this place. Very comfortable, garage space very functional (even if you don't have cars), good supply of dishes, glasses, silverware, etc. in the kitchen. Super clean. Everything worked. Key Lime pie in the fridge over the top. Loved the location near Bon Steele Park and the river access on property. North Jetty of Sebastian Inlet was closed while we were there so we missed that. Alan knows his stuff regarding fishing this area!

Aaron's place was wonderful and completely suited our needs. Aaron was communicative, friendly, and even gave me a call after our checkout to ensure safe travels and to thank us for staying with him. I would stay here again.

I can only say good things about Levi’s place! The house was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. We were 6 people (3 adults, 3 children) and we never run out of towels! The house was very confortable and the outside was amazing! The beach is a short drive from the house and the hosts provided all the equipment to make it even more enjoyable! I looked at several other places before choosing this one, and I can 100% recommend this house to other guests.

My friends and I decided to do a beach vacation in FL for summer 2025 and landed on Costa Azul when doing on Airbnb research. And boy was it the right decision!! The location of this house is fantastic - it gives direct access to a private beach and is close to town. The house itself is very nice and comes with lots of amenities including a swimming pool. The host is very responsive to questions and quick to address any concerns. We all were very happy with how our vacay turned out and would definitely recommend Costa Azul to anyone looking for a house on the beach near Orlando for a family or friends vacation.
