Beach house holiday rentals in Melbourne Beach

Wow! My husband and I were really blown away by how beautiful this spot is. If you’re looking for a nostalgic beach house with a beautiful view of the ocean this house is definitely worth booking. The back deck overlooking the beach is perfect. I LOVED how accessible the beach is. We enjoyed getting up & watching the sunrise every morning as we drank coffee. The bed was perfect with super soft linens. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need as far as glassware & utensils go. Overall the house was very clean and cool enough to escape the heat. We felt very safe in the area and the neighbors/beachgoers were all very sweet. We will definitely be rebooking! Thank you so much for having us! We wish we didn’t have to leave 😭🫶🏻😘

Just wanna say thank you to Timothy for providing an awesome Airbnb experience beautiful home less than five minute walk from the beach. Great little restaurants and bars also walking distance so an Uber and irresponsible driving was unnecessary. 10 out of 10 would definitely stay again. Thank you Timothy for everything.

The place was as nice as the pictures showed. Pool and hot-tub were clean and very nice. Great lighting in the house and the furniture was solid and nice. The bar table behind the couch was fantastic (with the USB's). The decor was pleasant and well thought-out. Lots of closet space and plenty of fresh linen, throw blankets, etc. The library was cozy and outside grill and ping-pong table were great. The kitchen was well equipped and nicely laid out with plenty of dishes and even containers for leftovers (very nice.) The beach items were super useful. The beach was so close! The walk to the beach was incredibly short (literally across the street) and beach was not crowded while we were there. Overall, it was a very positive stay and would have no issues returning.

Great stay at this Airbnb. Felt like home from home, very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for a few nights stay. Very much appreciated the free pizza voucher. The area is perfect, just a few minutes walk from lots of great restaurants and bars and less than a 10 minute walk to the beach but very peaceful and quiet in the apartment. Perfect for us. Would highly recommend staying here.

Lovely short walk to the beach, quick bike ride to everything you need.

We had a family vacation to experience the ocean and grandson to try and surf. The house was very nice and clean. The pool was excellent to come back to after a long day of doing things around town. Washer and dryer were great as well were traveling and needed to do clothes. The owner was awesome to work with on a couple things we called her about. Other than that we will definitely stay there again if ever coming back to the neighborhood.

We enjoyed our stay. We somehow locked ourselves out on the first night there and John was quick to respond. The pool got plenty of use with our kids. My favorite part of the house was its location right on the canal. We went paddle boarding and seen manatees and dolphins several times. The house was clean and comfortable. Overall the house was nice and John was a great host.

Very nice area, and house. Comes with a couple bikes, and beach toys, chairs, floats and other needs. If I search for a complaint so not giving a perfect review, I can not think of any complaints Great place made me wish I could buy it and stay permanently Will be back

Our stay at the Coral Retreat was perfect. We were at the house for six days with our two teenage boys and of all the hotels and resorts we’ve stayed at this place takes the cake. We had countless manatee swimming right by and up to the property and we also saw dolphins a few times. The house is in a very serene neighborhood and if you want a vacation away from the hustle and bustle of a hotel or other touristy areas that feels like an actual home for your family - you will find it here. The host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. It was apparent that lots of thought went into decorating and furnishing the house so you can enjoy your stay. The beach was within a short walk as well as many restaurants and shops. There was also a nice grocery store very close that has everything you need. My wife and I loved our stay here and I’m hoping that we can make this our regular go-to place for a Florida getaway.

We so enjoyed our stay that we extended another few days. We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. Love the 60’s decor and the terrazzo floor. The home is in a very nice neighborhood with a great park right around the corner where we were able to walk our dogs every day. About 1/2 mile from a beautiful beach. And my favorite..the tropical plants in the backyard with a huge saltwater pool! Beth was exceptional when it came to responding to my messages, usually within minutes and went out of her way to make sure we were enjoying our stay and to see if we had any questions or needs! We are already planning our trip for next year!

We loved your house ! The tv on the patio was a hit for us. :) “best Airbnb’s house” - said my husband. I’m so glad we decided to stay at your place for Father’s Day weekend. We had 4 kids staying and they walked without complaints to the beach. Not far at all. We would gladly rent it again!

Wonderful stay for 7 adults and 1 small dog. Very comfortable, clean, & well stocked house. Pool was a lot of fun to gather around. Plenty of games were available at the house for guests' use. A short walk to the clean beach. We watched a rocket lift from the beach one night. Many restaurants were available within 5 minutes driving distance. Any questions or concerns were dealt with efficiently & professionally by Jose, who was always available via text. We would happily rent this property again. We were sad to end our vacation. So great. I will definitely stay again. The home was beautiful and it was 2 short blocks to the beach. Close to lots of shops and stores. The house was stocked with everything you could need!

My friends and I decided to do a beach vacation in FL for summer 2025 and landed on Costa Azul when doing on Airbnb research. And boy was it the right decision!! The location of this house is fantastic - it gives direct access to a private beach and is close to town. The house itself is very nice and comes with lots of amenities including a swimming pool. The host is very responsive to questions and quick to address any concerns. We all were very happy with how our vacay turned out and would definitely recommend Costa Azul to anyone looking for a house on the beach near Orlando for a family or friends vacation.

We spent 10 nights here and loved it! The pool was great and I loved that I could keep an eye on the activities while grilling / making dinner in the kitchen. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to make a meal! The hand mixer was great for making birthday cakes. Beds were comfortable. I loved the beach chairs and umbrella that were in the garage. There were lots of beach towels as well. It was nice to not have to pack them. We would love to stay here again!

This place gets 100 STARS 🌟 from me! My son had a military exercise at Patrick Space Force Base Cocoa Beach and I needed a place for us to stay for 4 days . After reviewing several hotels in the area ALL with terrible reviews i was stuck. I decided to look at Airbnb and one of the first to come up was Jenn’s place . So I booked it the minute I looked at the listing and it was exactly what i needed and more. If I could give it 100 stars I would. When you arrive somewhere and it’s exactly as described and it exceeds your expectations it’s refreshing! It was clean, neat, no odors, huge bed, gleaming kitchen, laundry. It had amenities you cannot get at a hotel. Beach chairs ,umbrellas etc. It is located in a great neighborhood in small older condo complex that is well landscaped and also clean. Best of all ! This place was SO quiet. I mean you could hear a pin drop . Not a sound day or night. I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again. Thank you for a great stay !

This property was a true gem. My family from ages 10 months to 78 years, as well as pups, loved the space. It was so quiet and peaceful yet convenient to everything. Manatees, dolphins, gorgeous decor, high end appliances, and an outdoor oasis made our stay amazing. Thank you.

Wonderful stay for a few days. So close to the beach and any local activities and restaurants. If you just want to stay in, it’s a perfectly comfortable and beautiful home. Pool was perfect. Would highly recommend and would love to return again some time.

Very nice place in a quiet neighborhood with easy/close beach access. House has a pleasant home feel! Great place for a family to stay. Kim is very helpful, and provides lots of info about the area and always quick to respond to any questions.

We loved our stay!! The house was beautiful and had plenty of space for our 7 adults and 5 children. We enjoyed the private pool and short walk to the beach. Any issue we had was immediately responded to…including when the pool jets weren’t working correctly they had someone there within half an hour. The only complaint was the cookware…definitely need some bigger pots, skillets and there were no baking sheets at all. We ended up buying one and leaving it there. We would definitely stay at this home again!

Adaue & Mike have such a beautiful space and it's literally steps to the beach! When I arrived, all I had to do was use the keypad to get in—love this feature! After being in a car all day, it was so nice to be able to relax in a clean and comfortable home. The decor was very cute, beachy vibes. You can tell they put a lot of care into making this a great Airbnb for their guests. There are beach towels, chairs, and fun stuff for the kids to play with on the beach. The makeup nook in the closet was my favorite! I've never seen that and I thought it was just darling! There's basically everything you could need in the kitchen to prepare a meal, and although I did not take advantage of these amenities, it's really nice that they're there. Adaue & Mike were always very prompt with their responses, too. I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever in the area! The neighbor that lives next door was also very nice! Thank you so much for everything!
