Condo holiday rentals in Melbourne City

We love the place and it’s very nice as we can see hot air balloons in the morning. The place is clean. There are restaurants and convenience stores located around the area so it was easy to get food if needed. The area is also very near to the city and walkable distance to a few places. Would definitely recommend this place. The only thing I don like is that I have to go to the convenience store to get the keys as that area is confusing.

LOVED staying in Vanessa’s place - she was very responsive, the place was comfortable, spacious, stylish, and clean. Vanessa provided so much helpful local advice and information in a booklet, and the location couldn’t be beat. Thank you Vanessa!

We felt right at home when we entered the apartment. It has all we needed such as a washing machine with dryer and the cooking requisites which is helpful in facilitating meal times especially for families with young kids.. instructions to the apartment, key collection and wifi is easy to understand as well.. the location is great as Coles is just right cross, it is also near to the train station. many restaurants near by as well.. The host Rita was responsive and helpful. Will definitely recommend this apartment.

Lin’s place was a fantastic stay! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a day out. One of the highlights was the stunning bird’s-eye view of the Royal Botanic Gardens, which made each morning feel extra special. The location is also excellent, with easy access to surrounding suburbs and public transport options nearby. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful yet well-connected base in the area!

Classy apartment in the CBD close to Parliament station. It’s in a quiet spot in the city, and close to cafes and restaurants. Has a comfortable firm bed and ample storage space. Highly recommended for short and long stays.

Tamar’s place was exactly as described in an unbeatable location and stocked with all amenities and the view from the balcony was spectacular . It’s a prefect place to explore Melbourne and easy to travel using public transport. I would definitely stay here on my next visit to Melbourne.

Fantastic location right in the heart of the city, yet quiet and cozy inside apartment. Instructions clear and easy. Loved having access to the jacuzzi, pool and steam room. Perfect for our 3 night stay. Best food and coffee at your doorstep. A comfortable lounge would have made it even more amazing.

Andrew was the perfect host - he was super helpful, responsive and offered to stay up late in case I had issues getting in, given my late arrival time. Communication was great and very open to helping where possible. The apartment itself was lovely and views were fantastic being on the top floor. You could still hear a lot of the traffic and trams however so perhaps bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper but otherwise not a big deal, just one of the things about being in an urban area. I was there for work so was a very quick stay but it was a close walk for where I needed to be which was great, thanks for having me Andrew and being a fantastic host!

Amazing location! Violeta is a thoughtful host. Very kind and helpful, helping navigate us and recommending places to eat at. The apartment was clean, spacious, and in a perfect location for us—in Chinatown, close to shops, restaurants, and transportation to go anywhere. We didn't spend too much time inside as we were lucky with weather, and mostly ate out, but it was too cold to use the pool. Spa and Sauna were very pleasant. At the shopping centre food court which in the same building, there is a great Thai restaurant.

The place was great. Very spacious and comfortable. In walking distance to a lot of place especially good coffee shops. They also accommodated my dog staying there without hesitation which I really appreciated. Will stay there again when I visit! :)

Mia’s property was perfect for my business stay, but I know if I was to stay for leisure, it would be equally as perfect! It had everything I needed and Mia’s communication could not be faulted.

we loved the time staying at Vaquay's. well communication. great location. great view. we especially love the indoor balcony. as we can chill there watching good view at night without feeling freezing. the space with a lot of indoor plants which stands out different vibe compared with other Airbnb. highly recommend.

Highly recommend! Location was awesome walkable to many restaurants. Easy check in and out. Apartment is clean and cosy and has all you need in a home. Host is responsive and prepares a PDF guide for us!

We had a lovely stay at Jeremy’s property. The apartment was very clean, cosy and well maintained. Although it’s on the smaller side, it felt warm and welcoming for our family with two young children. Our older child really enjoyed the stay, and while our 8-month-old baby was crawling around and the space inside the apartment was a bit limited for her, we found the large and clean lounge area downstairs to be perfect. There was also a huge multi-purpose room, which were both very quiet and clean — a great space for a little one to explore safely. The building itself was well-maintained, and the pool was clean, much better than some of the negative reviews we had seen on Google. The front desk staff weren’t overly warm but were still polite and the check-in process was clear and straightforward. Overall, it was a very positive experience and we would happily recommend Jeremy’s place

We had a perfect stay. The apartment is lovely and true to the description/photos. The car park is a huge perk. Bonus also is that the building is very quiet - we slept like babies! Amily is a 5-star host.

We had the best week in the Southbank apartment. It is in a great location, walking distance to everything we needed. The apartment has spectacular views and is comfortable . It was very clean and each bedroom had amazing towels with a lovely hamper of goodies. The beds & Pillows were super comfy. The kitchen was perfect for cooking and had everything!!! The coffee machine was such a bonus and a fridge that has cold water & ice 🙌 The complex feels safe and clean. The carpark was a bonus, although we didn’t need the car while we were there at all. I would definitely stay here again!

Our stay started with a flexible early check-in, and the space itself is lovely—plenty of room for multiple guests, a comfortable couch in the lounge room, and separate air con units in the bedrooms and main living space. The washer/dryer (and drying rack) came in handy during our six-night stay. An unbeatable CBD-centered location with easy access to everything!
