Close to the Maribrynong river, 13 mins walk to Footscray station and 11 mins on the train to the city. . Just added a smart tv with Free Netflix. Bathed in light from a skylight rather than a window. The studio is upstairs ( 2nd floor) with no lift. My partner and I live next door. Th complex is a delightful community.

Completely renovated in 2019 and converted into a New York styled loft with 7 metre ceilings right in the middle of Melbourne. Situated right in the heart of Melbourne next to the famed Hardware Lane, full of cafes, restaurants and bars, not to mention just steps away from Bourke Street Mall and Melbourne Central station, I doubt you can find a better location anywhere.
