Holiday rentals with a sauna in Melbourne City

An absolutely wonderful stay! Tony & Annie has been an exceptional host from start to finish. The communication was prompt, warm, and helpful, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The property itself was immaculate and thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials and household items needed for a comfortable stay — it truly felt like a home away from home. The view from the apartment was beautiful, and the location couldn’t have been better — with great cafés, restaurants, trams, and the train station all just a short walk away. Annie was also kind enough to allow us a late checkout, which made a huge difference on our travel day. I can’t recommend this place enough and would love to come back in the future. Thank you, Tony & Annie, for making our stay so memorable!

Had a mad dash to Melbourne for two nights to celebrate a special birthday. I was blown away on arrival. We couldn’t have had a better location or accommodation. Pool, Spa and Sauna were a luxury treat to relax and rejuvenate after exploring the best food spots in Australia. The views are outstanding and the apartment is lavish and provides everything you need. Highly recommend.

The location was perfect – close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. The host was super responsive and helpful throughout. Absolutely loved our stay! Soraya was an incredible host — she communicated clearly and quickly, and went above and beyond to accommodate our super early arrival with an early check-in (a lifesaver after a long trip!). The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed. Great location too — close to everything but still peaceful. Philip’s place is an absolute gem! The view was amazing, and it's conveniently located near major public transport options like trams, trains, and buses. The surrounding amenities made our stay even better—Coles, Chemist, and convenience stores are all within walking distance. Philip was a great host—very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions about our stay. I would definitely recommend his place to anyone planning to stay in the CBD area!

We had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless – very clean and tidy throughout, which made it super comfortable. The location was central and convenient, with easy access to public transport, making it a great base for exploring the area. The host was exceptional – clear and consistent with communication, and all instructions were easy to follow. They were also incredibly hospitable and flexible, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

We felt very cosy in this apartment due to the great couch, comfortable bed, terrific heater in the bedroom and nice decor as well as really clean throughout. The kitchen is well appointed and the bathroom has good shelf space and a really hot and good pressure shower.

The stay at David’s place was amazing! The flat was very clean and tidy, with abundant amenities. The view is breathtaking and exceptional, viewing the landscapes of melbourne with beautiful glass windows. David is also friendly and nice, tried his best to accommodate our needs and requests. Overall the stay has been superb!

A great stay, just on the edge of China town, the food in the area is incredible. Aside from endless food and drink the stay itself was perfect. A great space, the photos of the place honestly don’t do it justice. Having a night in the high rise with the city views is just a good time all around. Grantley, was incredibly responsive and was flexible when we needed something. We would stay here again without thought. Truly sad to have to check out! Till next time.

We had a great stay. Everything was as described, very clean, we had everything we needed, the hosts were incredibly responsive and we were very comfortable.

The apartment was centrally located within walking distance to most of the places we were visiting in the city. With a tram stop on the doorstep, we were able to take a tram for travel outside the CBD. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and the amenities within the building, such as the swimming pool and sauna, were all available to guests. Cheng was very responsive to any questions we sent. We would definitely stay here again.

I had a fantastic stay at Simon’s place. The apartment was incredibly cosy, spotless and had everything I needed. The location couldn’t have been better - right in the heart of Melbourne Central, making it super easy to get around and explore the city. I especially loved the access to the building’s sauna and gym, which were great extras to have. Simon was an excellent host—very responsive and helpful with any questions I had. He truly made my stay smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend staying here!

Idriss was a very accommodating and very responsive host. The property was beautiful and very clean. I would recommend staying here. We also accidentally left behind some personal belongings and Idriss was very proactive to get them back to us.

Modern luxury house located in a quiet street which is perfect for me as I’m a lightsleeper. However, it’s quite far from Melbourne especially with the traffic. Linens and towels could be better. Kudrat is very responsive and a very nice host. She even prepared snacks and fruits for us on arrival.

My family and I loved our stay here. The location is beautiful and neighbours friendly. The place is within walking distance of Eltham and the railway station, as well as to the local park and oval, which we utilised lots. You have to live with some noise from the local wildlife (think possums on the roof at night and cockatoos in the morning), but that adds to the charm and general feel of being in a house that is slightly off road and surrounding by lovely trees and a creek. I would recommend this as a wonderful place to spend some time in the warmer months of the year, though I would hope the barbeque is in working order for future guests.

An exquisite and sophisticated home filled with high tech appliances, and tasteful furniture and fixtures. Great place to stay even with my young son and 2 elderly parents. Jason was extremely helpful, friendly and would address all my queries promptly. 5 Stars treatment from Jason! I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Melbourne. Fantastic experience!
