We rented this house very last minute when we had plumbing issues at our own house. Josh responded to our booking request within minutes. We had an AC issue on the 2nd night and Josh responded right away and came over to fix it. The house was very clean, quiet and simple. We were comfortable. We have family from out of state that comes to the area often and we will recommend this house for future visits.

This location was a gem! Beautiful scenery and lots of space. The house accommodated us perfectly and we had a great time! Very large pool that my kids and young adult children enjoyed. Beautiful house with a game room that came in handy with the few rainy days we had. Always had entertainment. I really appreciated the two large tables one inside and one outside so I could bring the family together for dinner.

This property was a true gem. My family from ages 10 months to 78 years, as well as pups, loved the space. It was so quiet and peaceful yet convenient to everything. Manatees, dolphins, gorgeous decor, high end appliances, and an outdoor oasis made our stay amazing. Thank you.

I am very familiar with the area around Charles’s place as we usually stay with an elderly aunt one block over. I’ve always wondered what the canals were like and I’m so glad we stayed at Charles’s place to enjoy the wildlife and scenery — alligator, manatees galore, huge crane, etc. The house was newly updated and immaculate. Wish we could have stayed longer but we will be back next year. I don’t usually have a preference to stay in a place more than once but this home was just perfect.

Haven at High Point does not disappoint! Beautiful and clean home in a quiet residential neighborhood. The hosts were very responsive to questions through the app. We were able to arrive a day early and stay a day later with ease. It is also a good value for the money. The kitchen was well stocked and I liked having aluminum foil and parchment paper available in the pantry. There were 5 adults in this house and it did not feel crowded. The little book with restaurants and activities in the area was a nice touch. As were the chairs in the garage that you can take to the beach. We didn’t have room to bring our chairs and I was so happy to have them. The master suite is HUGE and the other bedrooms are good sized. I love the Jack and Jill bathroom set up. It worked very well for us. We did move the master bedroom chairs to living room as they were more comfortable. Thanks for a great house!

We had a wonderful stay at this home! It was incredibly spacious, which was perfect for our large group—there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. The home was thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need—from toiletries to kitchen supplies. As a family traveling with a young child, we really appreciated the extra touches like the high chair, Pack 'n Play, and baby gate. It was also clean and beautifully decorated—stylish without feeling cluttered. We had fun with the games provided, and the outdoor area was just as nice, with comfortable seating, a firepit, and a grill. Truly a fantastic stay. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay! Adam was super responsive when I had questions/concerns. We ran into a few minor issues, but Adam addressed them right away. This house is perfect for large groups. My husband’s grandmother was staying with us and she is not able to use the stairs, so having the second kitchen downstairs was perfect for her. The backyard and landscaping are soooo dreamy! My kids basically only came inside to sleep for 4 days straight. And during the few brief thunderstorms, they stayed entertained in the awesome game room. The house has everything you could possibly need, even baby gear! We grilled outside in the beautiful summer kitchen (especially loved having the outdoor fridge). The pool is by far the star of the house. The only bummer was the fire pit wasn’t working, but it was HOT so no biggie. The beach is an easy walk away, and surprisingly peaceful and not crowded. All the beach gear is provided (don’t skip the umbrella anchor!) We had the best time and we will be back!

great place to stay at. location and it was very nice. The only thing they could improve on was the quality of the beds (mattresses) other than that everything was perfect.

This is a cute little place. Very clean, close to the beach, food, and shopping. I would certainly stay here again, the price was great, the accommodations were lovely.

Robin's location in South Cocoa Beach, on the Banana River, is phenomenal. Robin was always responsive and communicative. She went out of her way to accommodate a few special requests. We loved being able to launch our paddleboard and kayak in the backyard. We saw dolphins and water birds every day and saw a rocket launch one night. Robin told us about great restaurants in the area and the timing of the rocket launch. It was nice to have the dryer to dry clothes since we were in the water much of the time. The closest public beach access is easily walkable. It had construction going on, but it wasn't too far to a quieter spot a block or two down. We enjoyed daily paddles and easy walks during our visit. For sleeping comfort, we asked for the thermostat to be lowered at night since that cannot be done from inside the room. The walls, shared with the house, are kind of thin, but blackout curtains and fan (for white noise) made the bedroom more comfy. Overall great spot!

Sue’s place was wonderful! We loved the deck off our place. We enjoyed breakfast there. Also very excited to see a dolphin and 3 manatees in the waterway just off our deck!!! The apartment was very nice and comfortable. We definitely will want to stay there again.

Had a nice stay. The place is a bit small, but we weren’t there too much anyway. It’s a nice, cozy place by the water which is what we needed it for. Has all the amenities we needed and Kelly was great at communicating.

Such a tranquil and lovely stay. Very family friendly. Quiet at nights. My toddler loved the front yard. Has all amenities in kitchen and for beach trips. Easy drive to the beach, Kennedy Space Center, supermarkets, and restaurants. Host is very hospitable. Hope to return again.
