We loved the location. Walking distance to beach. Very friendly & responsive host.

The house has a ton of space and is a short walk to the beach. We loved the foosball table and the beach supplies! The house is located next to a restaurant and street lights that made it pretty bright at night when trying to sleep, even with the blinds and shades closed. Publix is very close by, as well as restaurants and the Cocoa Beach pier.

Marianne's beachfront townhome is a wonderful home base in the beautiful beach town of Melbourne Beach. I especially loved all of the big windows to soak in the gorgeous view of the ocean from the den. I highly recommend Marianne's home for a beachfront getaway in Melbourne Beach.

If you are thinking of booking this space don’t hesitate! This was one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in. It’s comfortable and spacious and is so well stocked with great quality amenities. If you like to cook you will love all of the cookware and appliances. Jan is a very responsive host and made sure we had everything we needed. The location is perfect for walking to either Jetty Park to watch the cruise ships sail out, to Cocoa Beach Pier, and of course, to the beach (literally 350 steps, I counted). We loved the 2nd floor balcony as well as the Tiki Hut. The condo had a great HVAC system. It was very quiet and kept the place at a consistent temperature. The air purifiers kept the air fresh and clean. I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful beach house, short, walk to the beach and a short drive to stores and restaurants. This house had everything you may need for a comfortable family stay. Definitely a five star location. We would definitely come back. Had an awesome time.

Amazing place. Easy walk to the beach (about 1/2 mile) as well as a few restaurants. I stayed for 3 weeks, and will definitely be back. This will be my go to place in Cape Canaveral. Rich is a great host and very prompt when contacted. The place is appointed with anything you could possibly need. 10/10

This was a great place to stay especially with me and my familys last minute decision due to another airbnb fall out so we had to find something quick because we drove 18 hrs from home and needed a place to stay. Very clean, comfortable, and quiet area even though the highway is in the back you dont even hear it inside the home. Host is very communicative, they even reached back out to me at midnight when i messaged. There were plenty of beds to accommodate us we had 9 people and everybody fit comfortably. Thank you for the stay!

This was a perfect place to stay for our family beach vacation! The home was just as the listing described. The location was spectacular — just a block from the beach access! Denise was very prompt in responding to our questions. Overall, I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a home away from home!

Our stay was wonderful!! I've never been in home with more character than this one. Everywhere you look in the house, there's a neat detail that catches your eye. The home is nestled in a beautiful tree-covered area. The neighbors were so friendly. Neighborhood felt safe and was totally walkable. We stayed for a week without a car and were completely content, especially since the walk up to the beach was so short. The beach was beautiful. The bed, couch, and blankets were so comfy. The kitchen was so nice and we cooked elaborate meals every night. Cannot recommend this home more. My boyfriend and I wish we could buy it!

Carol’s place was absolutely amazing!!!! It was like our own little piece of paradise, so quiet and calm. The house was equipped with everything we needed and clean. Would definitely stay here again!!!

We were in town for my son’s graduation at FIT. It was a little further down the beach than we normally stay, but we just loved the quiet of the beach there. It’s very peaceful and I loved walking every morning and feeling like we had most of the beach to ourselves. The townhouse was lovely and very comfortable for everyone staying there. Jason was helpful and flexible with check in and check out. I would definitely recommend this place and will stay again if I get another opportunity to visit the area.

Matt’s place was one of the best Airbnb homes that we have ever stayed in! From the exceptional communication, to a beautiful home that was completely stocked with anything you would ever need , it exceeded all our expectations. Perfect beach condo just next to the pier and volleyball courts. The pier is not a fishing pier - restaurants and tiki bar. you can surf, use the pool, sip drinks on the pier in the breeze. pick up beach volleyball around 8am Saturday and Sunday. We got up at 2am and watched a starlink rocket launch at Cape Canaveral just a couple miles up the beach. Book with confidence - the house is nicely appointed with extras like beach towels and laundry detergent. Perfect get away for me, my wife, and teen aged daughters.

Sandy's condo is in a great location only two blocks from a very nice beach. She has two beach chairs available to use. The neighborhood is quiet. The condo was nice and clean. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a small porch off the master bedroom and also a deck. The porch and deck get the afternoon sun so depending on the time of year you visit it might be to hot to sit on the deck. The main level has a big sectional with lots of seating. Because the condo is the middle unit it tends to be dark on the main floor. Sandy was quick to respond. Kennedy Space Center is worth the visit. Pappagallos Pizza which is a 1/2 mile from the condo was very good. We had the very best meal and service at Islands Fish Grill. It was so good we went back a second time.

This is a fantastic location. The experience of the hosts really shows through in the thoughtful way everything is set up and any needs have been considered. We’ve stayed at many AirBnB locations, and many times there a small details that haven’t been considered that make a big difference in the comfort and convenience of the guests. That was not the case here. Right down to the extra chargers scattered around the house, this was a completely positive experience. The hosts were very communicative and the house was so warm and well appointed. We’d love to stay here again in the future!! Thanks so much to Lauren and her team! 🍻👍

Lees place was a cozy establishment just minutes from the conference we attended. It had everything we needed to make food at home and relax on the beach.

It is a very beautiful and updated-lace. I really liked having 3 bathrooms in the place. They were really responsive and fast to get someone to fix the fridge water dispenser. I’m so glad we picked this place up!

Best place we’ve ever stayed! No complaints whatsoever. They had bikes for the whole family to ride, beach chairs, toys everything we needed they had. Cleanest air b & b, felt safe, excellent location!

We had a wonderful stay at Laura’s home. The house was immaculate and so peaceful and comfortable. We loved being a short walk from the beach, and being able to lounge on the balcony after a long day. We had our toddler with us and really appreciated the children’s items (pack and play, baby gate, booster seat, games and toys) that were tucked out is sight but in easy reach. We didn’t plan on doing laundry on our trip but after a messy beach day it was so nice to be able to do a quick load of laundry (I wish my washer and dryer at home were this nice!). We were in Florida to visit family in the area and I am so glad I booked Laura’s home, it was like our peaceful little oasis that we could retreat to after the chaos the beach with a toddler and extended family. We will definitely be booking again on future visits.

If you ever need a few days to get away and want a place that is well kept, good kitchen and two very nice bedrooms look no further! Beach is a simple walk away along with Teresa provides beach accessories to make your experience that much better!

Our stay here was incredible! The home was so comfortable and had so many thoughtful amenities. It felt like a home away from home! We’re thankful that we found this place and highly recommend it!

We LOVED this place! Super cozy, clean, and had plenty of room for all 4 of us. Steven and his wife really thought about everything their renters may not only need, but want. They are so thoughtful! We loved sitting on the back patio watching the sunset over the pond. They are also extremely responsive, friendly, and accommodating. The neighbors are also friendly. One neighbor even gave my kids some stickers and patches! We will rent this place again if we ever plan another trip to the Space Coast!

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was comfortable, clean and spacious with high end finishes throughout. Great water views and lots of wildlife right off the dock, including daily dolphin sightings. Host was incredibly helpful and communicative. Would recommend to anyone.
