This place was absolute heaven! The location is something that should not be under-emphasized. Situated right on the Banana river with amazing sunsets and the ocean literally steps in the other direction - we felt as if we were on a tropical island. The pool was just icing on the cake! The property has a lush, green surrounding of amazing palm trees and huge bamboo trees. This property is extremely well taken care of. There are walkable (and good) restaurants in either direction from the property and the vibrant life of Cocoa Beach is just a few short minutes of a drive down the road. The hosts were extremely communicative and responsive, with great recommendations. The accommodations were the perfect size for two and the bed was extremely comfortable. One week was not enough. We will be returning for sure. Would give more than 5 stars if we could. Thank you for an amazing and relaxing week!

Great stay! Plenty of room for a girls trip and great location for the beach.

The guest house is exactly as advertised, very comfortable and while its not walking distance to the beach, there is a beautiful gated neighborhood to walk in. It's an easy 5 minute drive to at least 3 different beaches. The area is very private and comfortably upscale with beautiful sunrises over the Indian River . Helen's home is classic and beautiful. The guest house is 3 large rooms just perfect for 2, amply equipped with everything one needs for an extended stay. Helen as host, is just a lovely person and helpful at every turn. She recommended restaurants and things to do as well as providing great conversation and company a number of times during our stay. We had a very nice stay that was made better by Helen and all the preparation she and Charles put into the residence. I am sure we will be back next year to enjoy the comforts of home again. We had a great time!

Great spot by the river very relaxing, whole family enjoyed the Hot tub, kids had toys to play with, just a heads up, being close to the river and a small pond in the backyard, you’re definitely in natures backyard, overall we had a great experience and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing riverside retreat - just come prepared for the natural surroundings

This was the perfect place to wait for my cruise to leave. The neighborhood was friendly, we walked to the beach with ease, it’s only 6 minutes away from the port, and the house was beautiful. If I ever leave from the same port again and this place is available, I will be rebooking!

Perfection. Quiet neighbourhood; great hosts; clean and spacious accommodation; enormous comfortable bed; plenty of storage space; we didn't even take advantage of the BBQ, outside seating area but saw a launch from the backyard! Even a night light in the bathroom! Treats awaited our arrival. I could go on and on. Fabulous and highly recommended.

Cristy was very nice and helped us in every way she could . The apartment was very clean but needs a little work done on it . It is in a very quiet area and there is any type of store or restaurant very close by .If you want quiet this is a very good place to stay.

Areen’s place is a peaceful oasis. She has crafted a really stylish space with a quiet outdoor space complete with bubbling water feature. The rooms are spotless and Areen treats her guests with lots of thoughtful amenities. I would highly recommend Areen’s accommodation.

I loved staying here! It was nice and clean, cozy and peaceful. It definitely felt like home and had a nice feel to the space.

Great comfortable location, would stay with Fancisco again

With a vehicle, Cocoa Beach and the historic center of Cocoa are close. The accommodation is therefore well located in a safe and quiet residential area. The accommodation includes everything you need if you are not very equipped (hygiene products, adapter, towels, etc.), with small welcome gifts that are very appreciated!

Very nice, cozy place. Quiet neighborhood but close to things to do/eat

My husband and I brought our two Pumi and we all felt comfortable. The place is clean and sharing the yard worked out. We were close to many food options and shopping. The beach down the road is an 'on leash' dog beach which was a wonderful surprise. We enjoyed the space and surroundings, highly recommend.

Audley was great! We even had to adjust our time, he was prompt with the response, understanding of the situation and very helpful changing what we needed to change

Mila takes such great care of me when I stay with her while visiting family in Palm Bay. It truly feels like a warm welcome. The bed is so comfortable and the sparkling pool is such a treat!

The room was spotless and very cute! Tony and Kathy were responsive and very helpful. I'll be staying here again.

A stylish place very close to the beach! Definitely recommend.

My husband and I visited the area prior to our cruise. The housekeeper was there to show us around and how to get into our area. Very close to the beach. Love that they supplied us with chairs/towels for us to use for the day. Would definitely come again.

This was such a steal! Nice little spot with pool access and right in the middle of everything. We spent so much time at the beach, so the place was really nice to come back to and get cozy. Huge tv and the bed was so nice i didn’t want to get up. Thank you James!
