Holiday rentals with beach access in Melgven

Great stay. Ideally located accommodation, nicely furnished and functional. Great value for money. I particularly recommend it!

2-room apartment on the sixth floor, elevator available, great view with glass front over the entire width of the apartment, well-equipped. We were personally and very kindly received for the key handover after the best communication. Underground parking is a big plus. A few minutes' walk to the center of Concarneau, very pleasant. We'll be happy to come back.

Cheerful and functional apartment 5 minutes from the enclosed city and the city center, making it a major asset. Once our vehicle was parked at the nearby parking lot, we were able to crisscross Concarneau long and wide. And for dinner in town, that's perfect. To know if you come to four, the upstairs bedroom is directly open to the lower floor. Coming to two couples it didn't bother us at all but could be an inconvenience for some. Despite the proximity to the street, the windows are well insulated from noise, great! The bedding is very good, the towels are enough and the apartment was nice upon arrival. What about the contact with our host? he was cordial and warm, thank you so much to Cathy for her kindness and responsiveness. Another great place to remember in Concarneau!

Small accommodation but very functional and bright. Access to the beach directly across the street. Beautiful walks to do directly from the property. And Christine is very good at recommending restaurants and activities nearby!

A wonderful stay! Everything is superb: the view, the beach at the bottom of the small building, the decor, the bedding. We can see the ocean from all the windows, it's fabulous. Typhaine is also adorable and very accommodating. I loved my stay! I'll be back for sure!

Great location close to the sea and ideal for a family! The hosts are welcoming and always give good advice. We highly recommend it because of the access to the beach in 10 minutes on foot plus the bike path.

Had a great time, very nice house. Close to the Marais, great to have bicycles at your disposal. The house is very welcoming , clean, very well equipped, superb enclosed garden with large terrace. thanks to Maria for the little touches. We'll come back for sure!

Our stay was lovely. The cottage is very cozy, I felt right at home. We were also received very hospitably. You have a view of the sea and there is a small beach nearby. I would definitely go back here again, so highly recommended!

Very pleasant stay despite the slightly gloomy weather but the house was very nice and the city beautiful we will surely return for future holidays. The Bretons will remember the Ch'ti and we will come back to make them laugh

House with incredible view! Dream location, great quiet for total disconnection …the house is a real cocoon and corresponds in all respects to the description .. the bedding is of very good quality and the bathrooms fantastic! The one on the first floor gives you a sea view while taking a shower!!! We've barely left and we already want to come back! The region is superb... the GR 34 is at the foot of the house... A trail that runs along the coast with magnificent panoramas. And thank you to Aline for her welcome and kindness... a place to remember!

Very nice host, open to all information and gives us addresses of restaurants and visits. Small welcome gift placed on the living room table with cookies and a bottle of cider waiting for us. Very nice house with all the comforts, even more: Foosball upstairs, small house for children with many nice intentions on the walls, garden with tables for lunch or dinner. We had a fantastic time at Christine’s studio. The location is right on the beach with a breath taking view, just five minutes walk from the town centre….we arrived on Thursday and were able to experience the lovely local market on Friday with a variety of products (clothing, bags, jewellery, food….) …the people in the area are very welcoming…it does help that we speak French…there is lots to do and visit…we were only staying for 3 nights but thought next time we will stay longer as so much beautiful sites we would have loved to visit and the weather was amazing! ❤️

ideal accommodation for 2 on the garden level. very comfortable, good bedding. Nice decoration, 1 TV in the main room and 1 in the bedroom. A small outdoor area with table and 2 deckchairs. Very well located near a marina and a beach. You have to take the car to go to the shops but it is not far. the place is quiet. we really recommend this accommodation

Studio in a great location and quiet. With a view of Tristan Island and Douarnenez Bay, the GR34 coastal trail starts just in front of the studio's private parking. Shops nearby, between 5 and 10 minutes' walk. An ideal accommodation to discover part of Finistère.

We had a great time The apartment is very comfortable, very clean. Nothing is missing. Veronique is a very welcoming and very attentive host. The apartment's location is great with an extraordinary view of the large Lestrevet beach. We will be back!
