Small family house located in the countryside at the entrance to a hamlet. The bay windows give access to the terrace and the small private garden. The outdoor living room is sheltered under the porch. We live in the adjoining house, without a neighbor opposite, and share the entrance courtyard and its parking with the cottage. The sound of the river in the middle of 6 ha of forest, no road nearby! Hammock, trampoline, swings, sheep, goat.. 10 minutes from Concarneau and the beach. No smoking, quiet after 11pm desired. Little network on site Sheets & towels €10 pers/cleaning €90 (120 if more than 4 days) Cleaning is done but will not be suitable for "perfectionist" people who look at everything in detail. Charming little house near the beaches

A small stone house in the old village of Kerzellec on the Chemin des Peintres. Everything is designed to help you relax in peace between the waves 500 meters away at the end of the road and the birdsong. You will be charmed by this old 18th century bread oven, completely restored for a stay in the heart of Pouldu where everything is done on foot: (in season) bakery, restaurants, bars, grocery store, all surrounded by six beaches, each as charming and different from each other.

It is located in a stone farmhouse and can accommodate from 1 to 6 people. It will be a "resource place" where you will enjoy calm and nature when you return from your getaways. We are ideally located to travel within 30 minutes to various places of interest in this beautiful region of Finistère where all your senses will be awakened!

Upstairs on mezzanine, the staircase to access it is steep, with 2 beds (90 x 200). Beds are made on arrival for a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation. Possibility of lunch/dinner outside in the shared courtyard of this Breton farmhouse (south facing). Baby kit available on request.

Located on the ground floor of an old mill, 10 minutes from the ocean, the cottage includes a bedroom with shower room, separate toilet and a kitchen living room with stone fireplace. It can accommodate 2 to 3 people. In a wooded environment, you will have access to the mill orchard and the river (the Moros) that runs along the property. Quiet, you can see many birds : herons, peverts, owls. And with a bit of luck, you'll come face to face with deer.

An exceptional experience! Close to beaches, shops, markets, fish tanks, marina and golf. This small house was completely renovated with care during the year 2023.

I welcome you, in the middle of the woods, in a pleasant 40 m2 guest house, new and single-storey with a separate entrance. Ideally located, quiet, between ocean and greenery, halfway between Concarneau (9 km) and Pont-Aven (9 km), at the exit of the village of Trégunc (800 m) and very close to Pointe de Trévignon (5 km).
