Located on the ground floor of an old mill, 10 minutes from the ocean, the cottage includes a bedroom with shower room, separate toilet and a kitchen living room with stone fireplace. It can accommodate 2 to 3 people. In a wooded environment, you will have access to the mill orchard and the river (the Moros) that runs along the property. Quiet, you can see many birds : herons, peverts, owls. And with a bit of luck, you'll come face to face with deer.

In addition, in winter, a Scandinavian stove will warm you up after your long walks on the beach of Lesconil Sables Blancs, a 3-minute walk from the house! The GR 34 is 2 minutes from the house. You can enjoy high-speed internet with fiber optic!

You will be able to admire the rhythm of the tides from every room in the house. A great experience! Close to beaches, shops, markets, fish farms, the marina and the golf course. This small house was carefully and completely renovated in 2023. The house is not air conditioned.

Le Pressoir is a charming house built in 2021 with old materials overlooking a 4000 m2 garden plunging into the bay of the Fouesnant Forest in Beg Meil. All rooms in the house have a sea view. It has received a 5-star rating. You have access to a wooden jacuzzi (from April 6 to October 21) and all year round to an outdoor sauna. Access to the beach of La Cale de Beg Meil is via a 200 m path.

Penty, 6 km from the sea

This pretty penty adjoining our house is ideally located in the quiet countryside but also 5 minutes from the center of Concarneau and 6 km from the beaches. The penty is perfect for family vacations. For the months of July and August, we only accept requests by the week from Saturday to Saturday. We do not provide sheets or towels, unless requested by you, we charge 10 euros per bed set.

I welcome you, in the middle of the woods, to a pleasant guest house of 40 m2, new and single-story, classified as a "3-star furnished tourist accommodation", with a separate entrance.
