This recently renovated cottage is located in a character property bordered by meadows and a private forest. Completely quiet, with the 18th century manor house inhabited by the owners as its only neighborhood, it is perfect for recharging your batteries in the heart of nature. In summer, the terrace overlooking the countryside without vis-à-vis is very pleasant for a barbecue. In winter, have a good time around the fireplace. You can walk in the forest and observe the deer and birds.

Les adeptes de vieilles pierres, de nature chatoyante et de soirées au coin du feu y trouveront leur bonheur… La capacité d’accueil est de trois personnes. La maison est composée d’un salon avec poêle à bois, d’une cuisine équipée (plaques à induction, four, bouilloire ect…) d’une salle de bains avec baignoire et de deux chambres (une simple et une double).

In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.

When I don't have Airbnb guests, I live in this house, so it has many precious personal objects (books, pictures, etc...). It's more like staying at a friend's house than a hotel. It's great for being alone and it's perfect for small groups. I did most of the renovation work myself, and it's not perfect; more homemade, but it functions as well as it looks! There's a huge garden, a view across the valley and the sunset sends long shadows stretching through.

Le logement se compose de deux parties séparées de 5m l’une de l’autre ; un chalet chambre privée de 16m2 équipée d’un lit double et un lit simple surélevé d’une part et un bâtiment de 17m2 attenant à notre maison dans lequel il y a une salle de bain et un coin cuisine/repas privé également. Le tout composant un logement complet indépendant.
