Located minutes from the Highway to access Lisbon, Coina Train Station, Shopping, Green spaces and easy access to the Quinta do Perú Golf Course. A 2-minute drive away is the Lidl Supermarket, among others, and a Pharmacy. A 25-minute drive away, you have Setúbal, with access to Tróia by ferry boat, and beaches such as Caparica, Lagoa de Albufeira, Sesimbra and the Cabo Espichel Lighthouse!

Eclectic Monte Laginha @ Alentejo (Surf & Beach)

Our home is an agricultural cottage renovated into an open plan loft with 3 bedrooms (2 in mezzanine open style/no privacy/no tall people) located in the traditional Alentejo hills and 30min drive from beaches and surf schools of the Vicentina Coast. The village of Cercal is 10 min drive away. We both grew up in the area since babies and therefore we love coming here throughout the year. Having this 'monte' is a refuge for us which we enjoy to connect with nature and the sea.

Outside, you will find an amazing grass garden and private pool with great views to the countryside and sunsets.

We have an outdoor swimming pool available, which can be heated for a fee and has to be requested in advance. Fantastic new modern house in the Comporta region located at Brejos da Carregueira de Cima. Very calm and secure area with views to the natural landscape of pines and eucalyptus. Close to the sea shore, Pego, Carvalhal and Brejos beach as well as Comporta village.

Monte Calmaria By Estilo Lusitano, Private Pool

Monte Calmaria is the new Estilo Lusitano unit, with a private saltwater pool and Jacuzzi, which adds modern lines to the possibility of enjoying the fantastic surrounding nature and the calm that characterizes the Alentejo. Just 40km away from Lisbon, Casa de Nossa Senhora (4577/AL) is located on the edge of Arrábida's National Park. Standing approximately 200 meters above the sea, it has amazing panoramic sea views across the bay of Sesimbra and towards South. Five of its six bedrooms are sea-facing.

Excelente moradia, com piscina aquecida, a 700m da praia do Carvalhal (10 minutos a pé) e próxima de ótimos restaurantes. Zona tranquila. --- Excellent villa, with heated swimming pool, 700m from Carvalhal beach (10 minutes walk) and close to great restaurants. Quiet area.

Monte da Ruxa - Beach and Mountain Range - Melides

105 sq. meter house, with 2000 sq. meter garden. Great light and sun exposure, swimming pool and large outdoor sitting area. The property has a cabin, totally independent, away and out of sight, where I stay in the summer. We only share the same access gate.
