This beautiful apartment is very spacious, welcoming, very clean and very well decorated. The room overlooks a wooded area and is a few minutes from the city center. I recommend it for your visits to Angoulême.

Anthony and Virginie offer a BEAUTIFUL and FUNCTIONAL accommodation. The master suite is a big plus. Everything is tastefully decorated, everything is impeccable and looks new! Located right next to a pedestrian street, it is very easy to walk from the doorstep. Responsive and flexible, Anthony and Virginie allowed us to arrive and leave at times that were favorable to us! Nothing to say, everything was perfect, thank you for everything.

We had a pleasant stay at Karine's accommodation. The place is peaceful surrounded by nature, the accommodation is very comfortable, everything you need, of quality, is available. The decoration is neat, with a lot of taste. Very large comfortable beds, functional kitchen and large bathroom. There is everything nearby, food stores and enough to go for walks + the center of Poitiers a few minutes' drive away. Karine and her spouse are very welcoming, we felt very good from our arrival. Very pleasant stay in this beautiful little house with rustic decoration, a real favorite that is confirmed once on site. We may be close to a road but it's totally quiet, an accommodation that I will recommend to those around me.

Sarah and David are lovely and wonderful people, they took care of us perfectly with many attentions such as their chicken eggs on arrival, bottles of wine... private welcome while being discreet and available. The site is beautiful with swimming pool, private bar with American pool, darts... the bedding is great, we slept like babies, everything was really perfect. We highly recommend it!!

We had a great family stay as part of a cousinade. The cottage was perfectly in line with the description, very well-equipped, clean and warm, offering an ideal setting to meet and share beautiful moments. Melo, our host, was remarkably available and kind, as was his father, with whom the contact was also very pleasant. Their warm welcome greatly contributed to the success of our weekend. Great place with a lot of interesting features like the lighting. Very nice bathrooms and showers with plenty of towels. Very clean and comfortable place. The drier does not function very well, but overall great place to stay.

The cottage is superb, with its old stones full of charm, set in the middle of a green setting, not to mention its swimming pool and its "guinguette" which allow you to enjoy real moments of conviviality with peace of mind. Studio ideally located next to the Futuroscope. We stayed 3 (2 adults and 1 child) for 3 nights in order to be able to go to Futuroscope. The bed and household linen are of very good quality (and extremely clean). As stated in the listing, the loft bed is only suitable for children (low ceiling height). The instructions for our arrival were sent very early and they were very clear. I would recommned this property

While staying overnight in Poitiers , Guillaume's accommodation is of very high quality . Renovated with taste and very good comfort and luxury . Very well equipped , very clean, clear instructions and very good bedding . I was able to meet Guillaume before I left , he is a nice and friendly person. I can only recommend this place

Laurène's place is ideal for a short stay at Futuroscope. The park is within walking distance, it's very nice. Beds made, towels are available, and most importantly, an assortment of breakfast products are a big plus. It was perfect for us. In addition, the interaction with Laurène was at its best.

Perfect studio for a night close to Futuroscope. The listing is as described. Clean accommodation and the arcade terminal has its little effect for retro-gaming enthusiasts. The bedding is good and the bathroom is sufficient, the hair dryer is a plus.
