Holiday rentals with a patio in Mellieħa

Ta Lonza apartments are a fantastic place to stay. Located outside of the bustling cities it is a peaceful stay. Golden bay being only a 15min walk away was another bonus. The hosts went above and beyond in offering advice and information not only about the apartment but also the area. The apartment looked exactly like it did in the photos and was very clean. Upon entering the property we were greeted by a bottle of wine a bottle of water and a punnet of strawberries which was fantastic. The hot tub was clean and already on and hot for our arrival which was perfect. I whole heartedly reccomend staying at Ta Lonza. Fantastic value for money and a very modern apartment with everything you could need. 10/10 Would stay again.

The place was lovely especially with the balcony view over St. Paul’s bay! Everything was clean and neat except for a few mould spots in the bathroom. Christina was always proactive and responsive in our communication. She provided us with extra towels on an ad-hoc basis. Lovely stay at her place and would recommend!

The accommodation was wonderful - had everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect with the beach a few minutes walk away, bus stop right across the street and awesome ocean views. Our hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had. We were sad to leave and would love to return again in the near future!

We had a thoroughly great day in St Pauls Bay at this apartment. It was in a quieter part of town, but walking distance to restaurants and busier areas. The apartment itself is well layout and private. We visited with our two year-old, which was difficult with the marble floors and stairs, but was manageable and would stay again. The air conditioning worked well and there was everything needed for light meals and bonus for a coffee machine. Thanks for a great stay.

Hemos alucinado con el apartamento viajamos mucho por todo el mundo y podríamos decir sin duda que ha sido el mejor apartamento que hemos estado las vistas son increíbles también el hotel cuenta con dos restaurantes de lujo y una piscina en la planta 33 que aunque es pequeña está muy bien. El apartamento super espacioso. La única queja que tenemos es la gente de recepción que quitando algunas chicas que nos atendieron muy bien otras personas del personal fueron bastante bordes como un chico pakistaní que nos trató de manera bastante hostil.

This apartment is one of the nicest we’ve stayed in and is nicer than the photos. Everything was thought about so we didn’t want for anything. Really clean, spacious and we loved the sea view from the balcony. More private than some of the towns nearby. Nice retreat. Anne was a super responsive and helpful host.

Wir - drei Freundinnen - waren eine Woche in der Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Elaine war immer sehr gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Für die Woche hätte es etwas mehr Toilettenpapier sein dürfen und eine neue Pfanne wäre mal nötig. Ansonsten war aber alles perfekt und wie beschrieben. Die Wohnung lag fast am Meer und zum Strand war es auch nicht weit. Ein paar Restaurants sind auch vorhanden, wenn man hier allerdings etwas mehr will muss man hoch auf den Berg (es fährt auch ein Bus). Kommen immer wieder gern vorbei :)

This was a great air BnB. Good location, friendly hosts and excellent facilities. The house is hard to imagine from the photos, but it is wonderful. Beautiful, homely and very practical too. Well-equipped kitchen, iron, washing machine, shampoo/shower gel, tea/coffee and hair dryer all included. Comfy memory foam mattresses. We loved the little courtyard/terrace space and appreciated the quietness too, whilst still being super close to town. A great location for visiting Mdina and Rabat’s own sights of interest. Also very close to the bus stops to connect you with other sites. Overall a lovely stay in a lovely place.

Lovely place to stay and the pool was a great addition to our stay. Throughly enjoyed our time here and is a lovely place to stay. Within walking distance of some really nice restaurants and not a far walk into Valletta at all.

It is unlikely you will stay anywhere else like this, it is very special. The description and photos are totally accurate. Well equipped, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The terrace would have been a lovely place to spend time if the weather had been kinder! Nat responded quickly to any questions and was always helpful. The directions provided made it very easy to find and the key was in the safe. You have to park outside of the old city (part of the charm is virtually no vehicles) but we had no problem parking. Very happy to recommend Nat's house.

I will start with practical information, and one piece of information to be precise - this house has everything, but literally everything that is needed for a short or long stay. In this topic, this is sufficient and fully true information - nothing is missing in this house. Superb location for exploring the island, very easy to get around and plenty of local options for food. The house was perfect, with literally everything you need to feel at home. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the jacuzzi was a great way to wind down

Aly communique facilement les instructions ,et une voisine était là si jamais ... l'appartement est super mignon, décoré avec beaucoup de goût. climatisation appréciée. l'appartement donne sur le passage maritime, juste à côté des animation (restos, bars, plages privées). très bon séjour. Barbara and Davide’s place was perfect for exploring Malta! The house is lovely with everything you might need, gorgeous views from the rooftop terrace and their communication is 10/10. It was really easy to get into the home, and it was easy to find. The ferry point right outside made it perfect for exploring Valletta and there were some really amazing restaurants practically on the doorstep. I would 100% recommend!

Our stay lasted for a lovely 6 days, all based in Frederico and Francica's lovely place! Perfectly located away from the crowds with easy access to anywhere we wanted to go, it was an oasis to return to after busy days exploring. The balconies gave us fantastic views of sunsets, fireworks shows, and were a great spot for a sunny breakfast. Spacious and clean, we loved staying here and would easily recommend it to others! Only thing for others to be aware of is the somewhat lacking restaurant options within Hamrun itself, but we easily made our way into Valetta for dinner most nights anyway - 10 minutes by Bolt! We had a fantastic holiday and this place was a huge contributor.

We absolutely loved this apartment and plan to return. The Fort Chambray location is quiet and peaceful and the stunning view from the apartment encompasses the pool complex and beyond that to Comino and the coast of Malta. The apartment itself is spacious , comfortable and well equipped . Fort Chambray is close to the ferry terminal and bus station so transport around the island is easy , especially as there is a bus stop close to the apartment complex. There are many good restaurants and bars in the locality . This is a great place for a relaxing holiday . Denise was an excellent host, communicating clearly and ensuring that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay . She provided a welcome pack which was extensive and much appreciated. Totally recommend .

Wir haben uns bei Edward sehr wohl gefühlt. Obwohl das Haus im Zentrum von Sliema liegt ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig. Man kann zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus von hier aus unkompliziert die Insel erkunden, ist in 10 Minuten am Felsenstrand oder in der modernen Einkaufsmall. Der kühle Innenhof macht die Wohnung zu etwas besonderem, ein sehr angenehmer Platz um den Tag ausklingen zu lassen oder gemeinsam zu essen und zu entspannen. Der Gastgeber war stets sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Lovely, spacious apartment that was exactly as described and looked just like the photos. Really well located too, with a supermarket immediately next door and lots of shops, bars and restaurants within a short walk. If you’re up for a longer walk you can even get to Sliema within 15 minutes. Really easy to jump a taxi to Valletta and anywhere else on the island too, or there’s a bus stop right outside the supermarket. Jane was a super host, letting us check-in early and responding within seconds to rescue us when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the building!
