Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Meloneras, Maspalomas

We spent 7 wonderful days with our family at Andy and Aga’s beautiful house in Gran Canaria. The home was spotless, well-organized, and felt like new — everything was perfectly maintained and fully equipped. The location is excellent; with a car, you can reach the beach, mountains, water park, and other attractions within 10–20 minutes. The hosts, Andy and Aga, were incredibly kind and welcoming. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation — including towels for the beach and pool. We truly enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable here. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Gran Canaria!

The accommodation and the garden correspond to the photos. It is a peaceful and very pleasant place. We had everything we needed in the accommodation to cook and rest(comfortable sunbeds) as well as good restaurants in the area. From this place we could crisscross the island. Thanks to Katia and Daniel who were very responsive to every message.

I’m sure this has been said already in other reviews but Villa Morelli was extremely well appointed and immaculately presented. In a private setting but close enough to walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. Loved the sound system and the iPad controls for the outdoor lighting, added an extra premium touch. Pool was lovely and warm and very relaxing - 5 stars from us!

We had a very pleasant stay with Flo & Manuela. The check-in and check-out times were flexible, which was a great advantage. The accommodation was very clean, and it was even cleaned halfway through our holiday. Flo was always available and very friendly. In short: we had a wonderful holiday with Flo & Manuela (and would surely recommend!)

Well what a find, it was everything we wanted. Quiet, peaceful, remote. Nowhere near tourists. The house had everything you wanted. We could have stayed longer than our 10 days, and the two very friendly cats kept us entertained. We will be back.

We loved our stay at Raul's villa. It really was in an Ibiza style which we loved. Very stylish and clean and comfortable. With everything you need for a self catering holiday. The garden had a great tropical vibe and the pool was a nice temperature. The terrace on the roof was great for sunbathing and had a shaded lounge area to play cards or sit with drinks etc. it even had shower up there for when you need to cool off. The villa was really clean and was situated right near the bus stop and a 2 min walk from the taxi rank. It was a short walk to the beach and loads of restaurants and bars. We rented a car and we parked right out side the villa and the supermarket was only 5 mins away. Raul was really friendly and helpful and always responded to us quickly. He also has access to a large pool just around the corner which was brilliant. We can't recommend this villa enough, if we come back to this area in the future I would definitely stay here again.

Javier was great in all aspects. Place is close to everything, parking out front was easy. Only disappointment was pool and were supposed to be heated but were not when we were there.

We had a very nice time in Carmen's vacation home. The location in the mountains was fantastic, incredible views and very quiet. Carmen lives right next door, but since she was not present, we could enjoy our privacy completely undisturbed. She gave us good tips. The house is small but nice. We didn't miss anything. From there, we could reach almost every corner of the island within an hour. We can definitely recommend Carmen's house.

fantastic host and Property overlooking the sand dunes... nothing too much and always contactable ...highly recommended and would definitely stay again...extra special mention for the alternative arrangements for our late departure which made the last day stress free - many thanks and we both look forward to visiting again...

Really lovely place. As it’s residential apartments we pretty much had the pool to ourselves all day every day. Local to supermarket and some nice bars and restaurants. The beach is literally outside the back gate and down a flight of steps (there are a few but relax because there is a lift part of the way) Fred was a great host. Sent us recommendations for local restaurants which was really helpful. Would definitely recommend Fred’s place.

Michael & Lucas’s place was truly incredible. It was in a central location with a small supermarket practically next door. We arrived late so asked for local dinner recommendations and Michael sent us a long list of recommendations. Tipsy hammock bar was a great option for cocktails and great food! Michael and Lucas always replied to messages super fast which was really nice and helpful. We got the bus to and from the airport to the apartment and it was €3.50 each way vs the €45 ish in a taxi so would recommend this. The apartment itself is all you need for a stay and has a very large balcony which the pictures don’t do justice! It’s great in the evenings! The pool is also very large and is great for sunbathing! We would both recommend Michael and Lucas’s place to anyone! Thank you!

This house is so magnificent to stay in! Very quiet, close to the pool to take a swim, two cosy terraces to enjoy the sun and a house fully equiped! You will find everything you need in the kitchen and the bathroom and Sandrine left us soms snacks, drinks en little gifts when we arrived. A few special things to emphasize: - could pick is up at the airport (small fee), even after midnight and last minute arranged! - a fantastic, joyful host and husband, always ready to respond and help with any question you have - bath towels, beach towels and bed sheets all included! - a nice arrea but take note that you have to walk for about 1h or more to get to a beach if you don't have a car (but Gran Canaria's public transport is great and easy too) - several supermarkets in the streets or close by (between 10 & 20 min walking) We would love to come back and 100% recommend this house. If you want a sunny vacation in Gran Canaria, this is where you have to go!

Really enjoyed my stay here. The flat is on great location just few minutes walking from the beach. IT was clean and bed was comfortable. Communication with host was great and there is also swimming pool as a part of reaidential unit. There is nothing luxury with this flat but it is average flat fully equiped with all things you need for your stay. Would stay again here

Staying at María’s place was a real pleasure. The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed, but what made the difference was María herself. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed, from local tips to small details that made me feel at home. Our stay was great. The host exceeded our expectations with a lot of kindness and great helpfulness. You can walk to a beautiful beach within a 30-minute walk! And there are plenty of good, free parking options nearby.

We had a wonderful holiday on the property. The apartment is beautifully furnished and you really have everything you need. The complex and the view were beautiful and mostly really very quiet. It all matched the images. The communication was super uncomplicated and very nice and helpful. We have always found a good parking space.

Everything has been spotless. Communication with Alicia, the stay. Everything has been as expected. The modern apartment, with everything you need to be comfortable. The area is very quiet, and you can easily find a place to park your car nearby. The community's facilities are impeccable, with direct access to the beach. Nothing to complain about. We'll be back for sure!

had a great stay, lovely new renovated apartment with enough space

We had a great 4 weeks in the bungalow. The bungalow is very clean and bright. The tasteful decor makes you feel right at home. We also had nice contact with the neighbors who live there permanently. Any inquiry to Alejandro was answered quickly and there was a suggestion or solution for all inquiries. We also used the parking lot within the complex opposite the bungalow. There are 2 TVs available on which Netflix can be watched. German stations cannot be received. Since German channels are sometimes not allowed to be shown abroad for legal reasons, there is still the following option to watch. Set up a VPN to your home and connect the player to the TV with an HDMI cable (not included). We were also able to look at other bungalows in the complex, but will always prefer Alejandro's. It was definitely not the last time we were there.

The apartment and the entire complex are very nice and well maintained. We felt completely comfortable right after arrival. The location was quiet and yet you can reach the bus stop or taxi in a few minutes. There is a large pool and direct beach access. Upon our arrival, chilled drinks and snacks were ready for us. The communication in advance and also during the stay was uncomplicated and Monica responded quickly to my messages. We can only recommend the place and would come back anytime.

Our stay at Bjorn & John's was impeccable. A very welcoming host. The apartment is well-equipped and clean. Accessible on foot. Everything was perfect.

We decided to rent this apartment after previous reviews on Airbnb and were very happy after our stay. This is a peaceful oasis away from noise where you can really relax in. The apartment and the space itself really lived up to expectations. Sitting on the terrace with breakfast while the morning sun stood up was a delight. Otherwise, it has a sun all day until it sets and can cool off in the pool, which almost no one else used. There are 2 grocery stores in the immediate vicinity, as well as some good restaurants. Otherwise, it is only 2 km down to the coast, where there is a walkway just beyond the apartment. There is also a short distance both to several restaurants the opposite way, as well as Playa Del Ingles. And then there was very good service from the host Claudio, as well as info about everything you were wondering about. Thank you so much for a great stay and service, we would love to come back again to this peaceful oasis!
