Monthly Rentals in Melrose

Myself and my husband were visiting friends in Newstead, and were delighted to find Erin’s studio flat, that was just a few minutes drive away. We really enjoyed how beautifully designed the flat was. This created a calm & cosy space, that was a joy to be in. It was great to be hidden away, but also very close to shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. Surrounded by breathtaking countryside. Erin was very helpful & responsive, to any queries we had. I would highly recommend this beautiful flat to anyone visiting the area.

What a find, we stayed for 3 nights, absolutely loved studio at no.1, everything about it.. spotlessly clean, well thought out, the outside area, the kitchen is brilliant! The location is perfect, 5 mins to Melrose centre, had a couple of really good meals at Burts Hotel, the monkfish samosa starter was delicious, and The Kings Arms.. both were lovely. Would definitely stay here again, so many golf courses to choose from too 😊

Had a great few days! Accommodation was spotless and very comfortable. Couldn’t have asked for more.We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone

Was a lovely area, very comfy bed had great nights sleep. Everything was clean and great location, walking distance to all the essentials. Very central in the area. Host was very good with responses.
