Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Melton Hill Lake

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Maryville, TN. The location was easy to find. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. My host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, which made the experience even better. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in the area!

Anna's place was perfect for us. The location, very close to UTK, was exactly what we wanted. We did a lot of walking. Anna stocked her place with everything we needed and more. Her answers to our questions were spot on. It was very nice to have parking too! We will definitely stay here again when traveling to Knoxville! Thanks, Anna!

Dawn and her husband were the perfect hosts. Very friendly and helpful, and we felt absolutely at home the entire time. The place is as described and with an outstanding deck and view of the lake. The Labrador Retrievers, Toby and Willy, greeted us every morning and became instant friends for our Labrador. We plan to return for another visit when we can take full advantage of boating and fishing on Norris Lake. One of our best Airbnb experiences and we can't give a higher recommendation for our hosts.

I was happy to find this as a last minute booking and it was perfect! So happy I wasn't near the UT traffic when I visited and the rural area reminds me a lot of the area where I'm from! Great place!

Nice place for us. Convenient location for our needs, easy to get to. Price better than a middle rate hotel. Nice and quiet. We didn't cook or eat there, but was well equipped if we wanted to.

This unit is very spacious, the size of a one bedroom apartment. What I liked best was that the unit is in the middle of several acres of countryside. It's a quiet and relaxing place to stay.

Araceli's house was the perfect place for our stop on the way home to NKY. It was easily accessible from I-75 and close to restaurants and gas stations. It is on a quiet street and there is a place where it looks junky, but the rest of the area was fine going to her home. It was easy to get into the house using the code for the lock. The house was very well maintained and smelled fresh. The kitchen looked like it was recently remodeled and was well stocked with appliances, dishes, and cookware. However, just needing to spend the night, we didn't use anything except the refrigerator and the coffee maker. There are 3 bedrooms which worked well for our family. My five-year old granddaughter loved the Disney room which was wallpapered with a Cinderella scene.

We stayed here during our wedding week since we are from out of state and had an excellent stay. Our dog loved the backyard and the home was clean and perfect for our needs. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Location: The place was only 6-7 minutes from each downtown location that we experienced. Not only was the location incredibly accessible and convenient it was still (somehow) quite secluded and private. This is a hard feat to accomplish in a mid-size city, but this house provided that as well. The venue: The house feels like you're walking into a living art installation. From the handpicked decor to the mid-century art pieces the entire house feels like a complete departure from our current time line. Amenities: The house came fully stocked with seasonings, toiletries, and all of the necessary utensils to prep meals. The house also came with a basket full of snacks, which was a nice compliment. The only things we needed to bring were olive oil and the food. Overall: Great experience. My only *bummer* is that I didn't capture a full walk-through video of the venue for my own personal memento.

We come to Clinton a lot for business, and needed a place to stay in town. So happy to find this location! The place was absolutely pristine, Jerilyn was lovely in her communication, and the neighborhood was very quiet. Slept like a dream! Hope to visit again someday. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at Denton and John's home. We used it for family members in town for our daughter's wedding, and it was perfect for relaxing and gathering together. There were so many areas to sit and have a great conversation. The home was well decorated and super comfortable. We will use this home again when family members come to Knoxville.

Garrett was very friendly, and very responsive! He sent clear instructions on how to get into the house, and even allowed us to drop off a rental car early! The location was very good, close to all oak ridge has to offer, and we really enjoyed the local restaurants, running trails, and beautiful scenery.

Was in the area for work. Ended up having to stay an extra night and the process was simple to extend our reservation. There are mugs and wine glasses now. The kitchen also has pots, pans, cutting boards, and knives. I would stay here again.

Not only was the space everything I was looking for but Julie was such an incredible host with her communication and kindness. I wouldn’t hesitate to book.

In love with this Airbnb! It was our little quiet space outside of the Gatlinburg chaos. We were so comfortable and relaxed and loved seeing the wildlife in the property (we saw four bears!!). Can’t recommend this enough.

Beautiful place to stay with an incredible view. It was quiet and peaceful away from the hustle and bustle in Gatlinburg below. If you’re not afraid of heights, you’re on the top!

He was even able to accommodate my request for an early check-in as I had a function to attend that night and needed to get ready. Overall, it was a very pleasurable weekend . Perfect for parking and enjoying Old City! Super lighting and very comfortable furnishings. We can’t wait to come back. If you’re sensitive to noise- be aware you are in the middle of the fun- so Saturdays may be a bit louder. All in all- can’t say enough good things about this Airbnb.

Everything was as described and more. The location was the perfect mix of local and private. Definitely bang for you buck.

This location was perfect if you plan to visit the campus. Once we parked, we didn't use the car again until we left. Mary was very attentive to make sure we did not need anything or have any questions. We will definitely be returning!

Excellent. Beautiful sunrises on clear mornings. Fortunately I’m not from The Villages so I was able to easily understand the very clear instructions provided by the hosts! Highly recommend :)
