Ideal for larger groups and especially families with children, this house has an open kitchen and 3 bathrooms. It is quietly located below Neuschwanstein. The lake and Tegelberg are within easy walking distance. You can enjoy the sun in the garden and on the terrace. There are toys, a sandbox, a table tennis table and football goals as well as a basketball hoop.

We were with 2 families in Paul's vacation home! There's plenty of room! Since we had super nice weather, we could almost always sit in the garden! The highlight was in the morning at breakfast, when the alpacas suddenly greeted us! The children and we felt very comfortable and we could enjoy our stay very much! The communication between the hosts and us always worked very well and quickly! Thank you for the lovely stay

Wonderful location, surrounded by nature, far from the chaos of the city, we really relaxed, reminiscent of typical Italian mountain houses, in the most niche areas. Spectacular!!!!

We had a wonderful time at the Bijouhaus (2 adults, 4 children). The Bijouhaus was clean, fresh, bright and immediately created a feel-good atmosphere for us. Many leisure activities are quickly and easily accessible by car. The best strawberries of all time are available in the farm shop (5 minutes walking distance) :) Andrea responded quickly and personally to concerns and questions. Thank you for the wonderful time, we can highly recommend the Bijouhaus...

The communication with Gerda before and during the stay is fine. Upon arrival, she showed us everything and explained everything. Gerda is very kind and very helpful. She insists not to ask for anything. She responds quickly to our questions and check in between if everything is to your liking. The apartment is beautifully decorated and in impeccable condition. You can feel right at home. The rooms are large and modern. There is a very large garden with stunning mountain views. All in all, highly recommend.

The small cottage offers everything for a short break, super practical, also suitable for cooking meals. Quickly in Ulm, or other destinations in the area. We are very satisfied and can recommend the accommodation, thank you Roland

We had a great time with five friends. We were able to have a great time staying at the place and surroundings. We were completely to ourselves and could easily reach beautiful excursion destinations. The stay was absolutely uncomplicated. Katja and family were extremely friendly. Highly recommended if you like a simple rustic but spacious and original cottage. We would come back anytime!

The apartment has everything you need, even the kitchen was well equipped. The balcony is great and you have a beautiful view of the mountains. The car can be parked well at the accommodation (also VW buses in a separate parking lot). We particularly liked the area for hiking and cycling.

We were passing through on motorcycles. We were allowed to park them in the carport - very cool. We were allowed to throw our wet things from the ride in the dryer in the basement for a small tip. The apartment was sparkling clean and we slept wonderfully. We would sleep here again if we were in the region again. Thank you and best regards!

The apartment is in a great location, exactly matches the pictures and was very tidy. Check-in via the neighboring hotel was straightforward. Especially nice: We were able to use the pool and sauna. A big thank you to Helmut for the friendly support. When it came to work on the roof during our stay, he reimbursed us 20% on his own initiative. This is truly an exceptional service. We spent five wonderful days with Jens and Sabine and felt completely comfortable. The apartment corresponds exactly to the photos in the listing – in addition, our accommodation even included a terrace, which was a real highlight. The kitchen is excellently equipped and offers everything you need for self-catering. The pool was as described – with a pleasant 30 degrees water temperature, ideal also for small children. In addition, washing machines are available, which can be used at a very fair price - very practical! We hardly noticed Jens, Sabine and their children, but the contact was very friendly and warm. The spacious garden was allowed to be used completely, including toys for the little ones - a great extra! Overall, an all-round successful stay with great hosts. We will be happy to come back!

The place was great and located near beautiful old town. We are a family of four (kids 9 and 11) and felt it had plenty of space for us to relax after a day of exploring during our week in Bavaria. I have no problem recommending it to anyone else. There is lots of parking nearby as well and a cute market that opens up on weekends.

I was there for the second time and again this time it was beautiful again! I love this place, the starry sky, the sweet decor with a lot of attention to detail, the peace and relaxation you can find there, just everything! The second construction trailer is at a pleasant distance, you have plenty of privacy! Getting out of electricity and running water underscores the whole experience! Looking forward to the next visit!

Excellent apartment with everything you want, excellent bed for a great night's sleep. From 1 to 10, an 11 for this apartment and owner. We felt right at home! It even looked better than in the photos. The bed is so soft and cozy, we haven't slept so well in a long time and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. We can only recommend this accommodation!!!

We have loved our stay! Appartment is very bright and spacious. It has all necessary amenities and utensils. Kris is a very reliable host and is always responsive to the messages. Appartment Looks exactly like on the photos and the descriptions are true! The view outside the window is breathtaking! We definitely recommend the place and will return whenever we get a chance. We were in Michaela's camper for one night in transit. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival and were shown everything, it was unfortunately a little warm on the day, to cool down we were immediately provided with drinks in the refrigerator. The location of the farm was great for us, as you can get directly from the farm to the stream (we are traveling with a dog). Only the location of the camper is a bit unfavorable, as the country road is very close, but we were still able to sleep well. For nature lovers and animal lovers who like it cuddly, definitely a nice way to spend a night or two 😊 Thank you again for the hospitality!

The apartment was enchanting for our family, very clean, cozy and quiet. We felt completely comfortable. In front of the house there was a beautiful outdoor terrace with garden, which we were allowed to use. Communication with Angie and her family members was super friendly and proactive. 100% recommend!
