an apartment on the ground floor of a house that is not inhabited, but in good condition. The view is magnificent, from the house you can directly go hiking (there are however some farm dogs that bark on the way to Mount Ursuya, but they are harmless and used to the passage of hikers). Other very beautiful walks a few minutes' drive away. Very quiet environment but not isolated, the house is at the end of the village - a lovely, responsive and welcoming hostess. The apartment has full amenities . The old-fashioned kitchen is a little old-fashioned but well-equipped, with a wood stove whose heat was very pleasant. Small garden a little abandoned but very charming to eat in the shade of the old oak with views of the pastures. In short, it is not for the perfectionists of renovation, but it is an authentic, rejuvenating, quiet place, yet close to everything. I highly recommend and I will come back with my family

Accommodation completely in line with the description. Great environment for people looking for nature and tranquility. It's a peaceful place where you feel good. Marie Claire is a lovely person, extremely kind and gives good advice, and we loved chatting with her.

The apartment is very nice and was very clean upon arrival. The view from the terrace and the fully glazed apartment is a real plus. Very quiet also due to its location and very well soundproofed. We had a great time at Emmanuel's cottage. The hosting was very friendly and we discovered a very nice cottage. Very clean, very nicely decorated. Nothing is missing to have a lovely stay. Beautiful views of the Basque Country. An enchanting setting. We rented this cottage to come and see our daughter. We'll definitely be back!
