House for nature lovers. In the middle of the forest with a large private garden. You have many opportunities to relax around the house. It is simply but conveniently furnished. The individual floors can each be reached via an external staircase. We enjoyed our stay in this oasis of peace.

The house was a perfect place for me to stay for 5 nights. Very comfortable, well equipped and a stunning view from the upstairs bedroom. Hope I can come back one day. Thank you Daniela for your hospitality. Everything went so smooth and enjoyable. Best regards, Renate

Absolutely as beautiful as the photos. It was so nice to be we greeted with a welcome gift and music playing on our arrival. Made us feel right at home after a long day of travel. The host was great at communicating and providing clear check in instructions. Amazing location, but keep in mind the nearest town with restaurants is a 25 minute walk. However, it's a perfect spot for daytime excursions around the area. But it's just as pleasant to spend the day in the gorgeous indoor and outdoor spaces. It was so fun paddle boarding - so little boat traffic that it felt like we had the lake to ourselves. Highly recommend!

Perfect airbnb for your stay on lake Lugano!

My three friends and I stayed at Maja’s place for 5 days during our alumni reunion. Maja provided excellent instructions for check in and information for where amenities were located in the house. Everything in the house was exactly as listed and in the pictures, only the views of the lake and Monte San Salvatore were even better! We got around the city and surrounding area mostly on public transit and on foot and had no problems, as there are two bus lines and the funicular close by. We all agreed we would absolutely come back the next time we’re all in town again. Thank you Maja!

The place is wonderfully quiet, above Lugano. However, the lake and the Lido are very quickly accessible by car. Two grotto/small typical Ticino restaurant can also be enjoyed within walking distance. I recommend arriving by car as the bus does not run regularly. In the accommodation you immediately feel very comfortable, very clean and it has everything you need! The garden, the tranquility and the surroundings for hiking are also wonderful. I would come back anytime and highly recommend Monica's house. Monica is also a great and warm host! Merci!

The Lake House is really a little gem – tastefully decorated, with a lot of attention to detail. You feel immediately welcome and comfortable. We were six adults and three children – it was a bit cuddly - but absolutely doable and very comfortable. The location directly on the water is fantastic, but you should know that the house is located on the main road out of town (80s route). For families with small children, the path to the village (about a 10-minute walk along the pavement) may not be quite ideal – but it worked well for us. Daniel was a fantastic host: helpful, attentive and super friendly. If something came up, he was immediately available – and always generous and uncomplicated. All in all: We didn't miss anything, had a great time and would recommend the house anytime! Thanks Daniel

The accommodation corresponded exactly to the description – authentic, lovingly designed and functional. The garden is a small paradise that immediately helps you to unwind and relax. Our vacation started perfectly with the very warm welcome from Sabrina, how we felt welcome right away! :) The apartment is very spacious, clean and equipped with everything you need. The garden and pool are also simply fantastic and ideal for enjoying the tranquility and recharging the batteries. We were even spoiled with homemade cake and fruits from the garden - just perfect🫶🏼

The apartment is located in Aldesago, very close to the Lugano city and with breathtaking view on the lake - the area is really well commuted (bus no. 12 or funicular). Inside you have everything you need - nicely equipped kitchen, superclean bathroom and very comfortable beds! The view from terrace is truly stunning! It was also so nice to be able using swimming pool belonging to the facility! Although we’ve been already in Lugano few times before, I think, this staying was the best one ;) P.S. the owners are angels 😇

The apartment has everything you need. There is enough space for three people. From the apartment, it is only a few meters to the lake and pool. Despite the perfect weather and holiday season, it was very quiet throughout the complex. You can park the car directly in front of the accommodation.

Carmen is friendly and helpful. The location of the apartment is ideal for excursions to the lake or Malcantone and offers a magnificent view of Lake Lugano.

Great place on Lago Lugano in a quiet suburb of Lugano, far away from the bustle of the city yet close enough to reach it. Lea's place is a wonderful refuge in a quiet swiss town. Everything was as described and Lea was always super accommodating and attentive. She's a great host! Make it a point to stay with her!

Fabio and Inna are fabulous hosts. Very welcoming and helpful! The apartment is located in a very calm and peaceful area. With two boys between 10 and 14 years old, we really enjoyed the pool and sauna. Thanks to both of you for our amazing stay!

Good appartement with A Nice view for a good price

The hosts, both opera singers, were very nice and welcoming. The even called a restaurant for us :) The place was easy to find. It is 10 minutes by can from the center of a larger town, 10 minutes from Italy and 20 minutes from lake Como. It is located in the charming, picturesque small town of Arzo. Nature and the town make for great scenery. There is also a restaurant in the heart of Arzo that serves very nice food, even for people who are used to good food, and pizza for the budget traveller. The place was clean had good bathroom facilities and a friendly atmosphere. Communication with the hosts was fast and friendly. I warmly recommend this place.

The place was big, beautiful extremely clean and with very nice views. They apartment had everything we needed and more, lots of attention to detail. Anna was a great host, very responsive and sent us the instructions so we were able to have a smooth check in process. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

I was in the apartment with the whole family and we had a great time: the house is really nice, spacious and there is really everything you need (kitchen, washing machine, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, TV, dishes). Good location in a beautiful region. We used it for a stopover in Monaco. Very nice property with great views. The house is very spacious and everything you need for a short vacation is available. We will be happy to come back.

The house is a little paradise. The house is filled with zen vibes and the view on the lake makes it like living in a postcard. 2 minutes away there is a public beach to swim in the lake where we were usually alone, almost like a private beach. Morcote is at 3 minuts by car which makes it a perfect place to relax, eat or have a drink. Olivia and Patrick are very kind and helpfull. We already miss the place.

It's super accessible, close to transportation.

We spent the Easter weekend at one of the apartments at Gritti Palace. The location is perfect and in the town’s center. We really enjoyed Alix’s hospitality and are grabbing for all the services and assistance that she provided, including giving us another room where there is no stairs since I’m pregnant, finding us more varieties of tea and fixing the toilet seat promptly. The communication was very easy and fast. We would recommend this place to anyone!

Best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. Period. Everything was so incredibly thoughtful, we will come back to the area just to stay here
