Holiday rentals with a sauna in Mendrisio District

I have already stayed at Parco Paradiso for the second time and as always everything is perfect. Beautiful location and in the evening you can treat yourself to a good cigar in the Havana Deck. I would be happy to recommend if you really want to relax and indulge yourself with a beautiful ambience. Thanks again

The stay in Alessandra’s place was great and above our expectations. She was very friendly and helpful with us and our kids, gave us everything we needed and more !!! The place is beautiful, just renovated and with very good taste, extremely clean and very welcoming. The garden is wonderful and the pool clean and with a breathtaking view. We will definitely go again, and recommend for families!

I can’t say enough nice things about IconH! The staff were at all times extremely helpful. The amenities were great; laundry, parking, coworking space, exercise space — all were so nice! The building is very clean and well maintained and secure. The location is ideal, close to shopping and bus lines. I look forward to returning to IconH in the future!

The place was very cozy and practically furnished. The location was very good for us: close to the train station for excursions, within walking distance to the old town and lake with swimming facilities, with shopping nearby. The pool in the settlement was very clean and the children especially liked it. Thanks a lot, we'll be happy to come back!

Extremely clean and comfortable apartment in a beautiful location! Having use of the hotel pool was wonderful after a long day of site seeing. The restaurants on property were convenient too! It is a 20 minutes stroll into Morcote with a variety of restaurants. The only thing lacking was walkable proximity to a COOP for groceries. If you arrive by train and bus, I would recommend picking up essentials on your way to the property. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Wonderful place with amazing view, very spacious and comfortable. The host was always available and replying super quickly. Convenient location, 10 minutes to supermarket & several restaurants. Closed swimming pool and table tennis were great entertainment for kids. Would really recommend as price/quality and would wish to come again

It was great. A really nice little apartment with everything you need. Clean and fresh towels/sheets. Gerda is super warm and so helpful. The apartment is in a great location, Locarno and the lake is within walking distance and otherwise the bus runs right outside the house. We will be happy to come back!

Our daughter loved the pool. It's ideal for families. The apartment was clean and perfect for our stay. Locarno is accessible within 20min or a 5min bus journey. Accessing the flat was step-free via the lift, ideal for buggies. Would book again.

October 2024, 2 people We felt very comfortable in this beautiful, well-kept apartment. It is high quality and fully equipped. 2 equivalent great bedrooms with very comfortable beds and quality bedding. Very spacious dining area, also suitable for working, great Internet throughout. Fantastic view from the beautiful balcony and from one of the bedrooms. This apartment is just GREAT! Beautiful, quiet surroundings and just a few minutes' walk to the lake and promenade. Brigitte is a friendly, attentive host and helps where she can. It is important to pay attention to the check-in and check-out times and a few rules, then you can spend a fantastic vacation here.

We were in the apartment over the weekend of the driveway. Unfortunately, Graziella herself was on vacation, but with the many messages, everything worked out great. We were half an hour earlier than planned and the key was at the agreed location. The room was clean and as described everything was available. We also saw Ivo the other day, he was very friendly and also gave tips. On Sunday, we left the room an hour later as agreed. It was a pleasant time. Thank you very much

First, a thank you to Urs. With our dog we had a lovely time in Vira Nov/Dez and we will definitely be back. The lakeside location was simply beautiful, as was our daily hikes in magnificent nature. We felt very comfortable and had everything we needed. A former hotel in the middle of the village, friendly people, bus in front of the house, shopping opportunities, super Gelatis, by boat to Locarno, etc...cozy living, what more do you need. Salve

Enjoyed the tranquility and beauty of this place for four days. Everything spotless - and with all amenities. House sits in a private park with a couple of other houses. True paradise - we would love to come again. You can walk down to the lago - though ended up taking the car most of the time to get to restaurants. A couple of very nice ones in the area - Riva/Shaka (beach club vibe), Osteria Vairano (magnificent view), Rodolfo (excellent local cuisine)

We had a fantastic stay at this charming and beautifully renovated home! The space is stylishly furnished with great attention to detail, and the kitchen was well equipped. One of our favorite parts was the lovely jasmine scent that greeted us each time we came in, adding a relaxing and fresh touch. The outdoor area is a true highlight — peaceful and beautifully set up for relaxing in the evening. It’s a hidden gem, tucked away yet close to so many things to do in the area. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot and would absolutely return!

There were four of us at the house. The house is beautifully decorated and we felt very comfortable. Everything was very clean. We liked the quiet residential area very much. In addition, we were able to take various hikes in the nearby forests directly from the house. Thank you very much for the great hospitality.

A good friend and I felt very comfortable at Sheila's. We were able to really enjoy her lovely balcony with beautiful views of the lake and mountains for our specially prepared breakfast. In the kitchen, we were allowed to use everything we needed. With Sheila's small bikes, you could ride everything along the lake to Ascona and enjoy dinner there. Near Sheila's home there was a lovely meadow and swimming in the lake, right by the fine Osteria restaurant. My good friend heard the train at night and needed earplugs. I myself didn't hear it much and I could sleep well without earplugs. Very nice hostess. You shouldn't have any trouble with the cats, because you encounter them everywhere every now and then, but they are not cheeky. Thank you Sheila for the nice stay with you and your trust.

Great little cottage with a spectacular view of Lago Maggiore. We didn't think it was too hard too find, the instructions provided where excellent. Great place to be in Nature while still being close to Italy (30 min to Cannobio) and Ascona (15 min) if you want to go out in town. We also highly recommend the hike uo to Pizza Leone if you are staying here, absolutely breathtaking hike and you can start it right from La Pastorella.

Great accessible by public transport, quickly in Bellinzona, but also in nature/hiking trails. Breakfast included and had a lot of things. Rooms very clean. Questions were answered quickly

Beautiful location in the magical valley. Was absolutely perfect for us as a couple with a car (though well connected with bus too). Very peaceful & perfectly equipped. So wonderful to have a sauna too! It was the escape we needed, highly recommend. Sparkling clean and set up for comfort. Thank you very much!

We stayed there for 5 days. It was exciting and beautiful. There was always something to discover, especially the hot pot the kids enjoyed. Trips to Rasa were always nice. There are great cafes. The cable car was a bit expensive unfortunately. It's worth bringing enough groceries. It didn't have a nearby store. So we had to go down and pay for a ticket again. Everything worked wonderfully with the private cable car for the luggage. Communication with the hosts was also great! Always responded quickly and always very friendly. The kitchen is well equipped. We didn't always have hot water. You get creative and that's a good thing. They were beautiful holidays with a wonderful view, mostly great weather and just tranquility up there; idyllic and pleasant.
