Welkom @ ROES, ons vakantiehuis in Roeselare, het hartje van West-Vlaanderen. Het huis heeft een privé parking en sauna en ligt dicht bij het centrum. Op wandelafstand vind je het trein- en busstation, een supermarkt, een bakker- en beenhouwerij, cafés, restaurants, ... De locatie is perfect voor een city trip, een zakenreis, shopping of ontspanning. En misschien verken je vanuit Roeselare graag de Noordzee of steden zoals Brugge, Ieper, Kortrijk, Gent, Brussel of Antwerpen?

Small private house on 2 floors, the ground floor is composed of a large open room with kitchen area (fully equipped) dining area and living area. The floor is also a large room with bathroom area, dressing room and bed for 2 people (180 x 200) and a toilet with hinged door. The house is located in a secure property, with parking, a small private garden in front of the house. The village is quiet and close to Tournai, Kortrijk and Lille.

Welcome to Maison du Rieu ! This house offers a beautiful bright space, with atypical architecture. You are in the countryside, close to major cities. The surrounding area offers beautiful walking or cycling tours along the Espierres Canal. Roubaix can be reached in 15 minutes, and Lille, Tournai, Kortrijk or Villeneuve d 'Ascq can be reached in 25 minutes. The accommodation is very quiet with unobstructed views of the canal.

Independent studio on the outskirts of Lille Jardin

10 min from Lille, our studio is located on the ground floor of our house. The house is located in a quiet and residential area. You can park for free in front, unlike Lille where the entire city center is paid and limited in time. You can also take the bus to Lille (in about 20 minutes). The studio is very bright. You will have your own bathroom and kitchen (microwave, fridge, coffee maker, etc...). Welcome to all guests!

A metro station is a 2-minute walk away that will take you to Lille train stations in 15 minutes. You will appreciate the proximity to many shops.
