Domaine de Malitourne, Loire Valley

Expérience the quality of life in the Loire Valley. Only 10 minutes north of the city of Tours this historic property nestles in the middle of a site of 15 ha. It includes the 17th century manor house, a historic pigeon coop topping the half-timbered northern gate, a coach house from 1824, the 16th century barn and its farm lovingly converted as a gite to welcome up to 10 people (all single beds) The 300m2 building has been converted and updated so as to bring you all the comfort you can wish, from a large chimney with open fire to a wi-fi internet connection. It can be rented per week or just for the week end. Ground floor : 2 large reception rooms (each 50m2), facing South. Fitted kitchen and laundry room, bathroom and separate toilet, one bedroom with shower room en suite. Direct access to private gardens 1st floor : 4 bedrooms with single beds (90x200) that can be arranged as double beds, separate shower room and toilet. There are numerous activities in the region, depending on your taste you can discover the historic heritage of the Tourraine and Anjou regions, explore beautiful gardens, or try local products and wines, visit wine caves or attend equine events or concerts. For other it might be the zoological parks or aquarium, bike rides or boating on the Loire river. Programmes of these events can be easily provided on request, or by viewing (rajouter le site internet) websites Local market and shops are only 5 km away. Property available for rent on weekly or week end only basis A calendar is available with the main cultural and sports activities in the Val de Loire. On your arrival you will find a welcome package that includes items like sugar, coffee, tea, milk, as well as toilet paper, soap and cleaning products.

In the grounds of a 15th century château - featured in a number of home & interior magazines - this beautifully converted, spacious, former stables is set in glorious gardens with views over our 10-acre truffle orchard. Full of character and charm, thick local limestone walls keep the house cool in summer yet cosy during colder, truffle-hunting months. The covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining. (This accommodation has not been adapted for people with disabilities of any kind.)

16th-century estate fully renovated in 2024. Second holiday cottage for 4 people available for groups. Fully air-conditioned, motorway just 5 minutes away. Located 9 minutes from Saumur and 45 minutes from Angers. Within 35 minutes, you can visit many tourist attractions: the Loire castles, the Cadre Noir riding school, Loire wine cellars, troglodyte dwellings, and more. A hidden gem in the Loire Valley

Come and relax in this quiet house, tucked away in a small village halfway between Angers and Tours, close to the Baugé Golf Course, castles and tourist sites (Le Lude and the Flèche zoo are around twenty minutes away). Old and full of charm, our holiday home will comfortably accommodate you with 10 or (even 12 with the sofa bed in the office area) friends or family. In the evening, an aperitif is taken in front of the fireplace or outside, facing the 11th century church.

Welcome to the farm! We welcome you to the spacious, comfortably equipped, completely renovated house in the heart of the Loir Valley, in a quiet area. You will find many activities nearby (sports, relaxation, nature, hiking, etc.). Zoo de la Flèche 20 min away, 25 min from the 24 Hours circuit, 25 min from the 24 Hours and Baugé golf courses, Château du Lude, Le Loir by bike, Lac de Mansigné. Whether you come with your tribe or with friends, you'll feel right at home!

"La Bergerie" 9-person gîte with pool

Pool closed from October 30 to the end of March. The "La Bergerie" Gîte awaits you in a quiet location in the center of the Loire Valley castles and in the heart of the vineyards between Tours and Saumur. It is a family cottage, all gatherings for an evening are prohibited. The land is shaded and our indoor pool is heated to 29°. House renovated in 2018 with large rooms that can accommodate up to 9 adults plus two babies maximum for good times with family or friends.

Gîte rated 3 stars by Anjou Tourisme. This newly renovated place offers a relaxing and restful stay for the whole family. You will be in the heart of the Loire Valley between Angers and Tours, 30 minutes from Saumur, 20 km from the Bourgueil vineyards. You can visit the many castles and rest around our pleasant heated and covered pool (12 m by 5 m). The shelter is composed of 6 telescopic modules sliding on rails. Each module can be opened or closed.

La Terrasse du Loir cottage, 3 km from La Flèche Zoo

Welcome to La Terrasse du Loir, a 115 m² cottage open since 2021, ideally located by the Loir and about 3 km from the La Flèche Zoo. The property can accommodate up to 12 people: 10 people in the four bedrooms and two additional beds in the living room. The gite, the swimming pool, and all outside areas are exclusively reserved for guests. You do not share the pool with the owners or with other vacationers. The entire property is not overlooked.
