Cozy 1 bedroom apartment at a lower level of our house in a beautiful area of Leschi. Our house is located on top of a steep hill, on a quiet cul-de-sac street. Just a 10-15 minute drive from downtown and businesses such as Amazon, Swedish, Harborview. Private entrance, free parking space. Short 5 minute walk to Lake Washington, local restaurants, Starbucks, Leschi Market, marina, and the bus to downtown Seattle. Enjoy the apartment downstairs as well as our garden and patio in the backyard!
