Short 5 minute walk to Lake Washington, local restaurants, Starbucks, Leschi Market, marina, and the bus to downtown Seattle. A short walk takes you to coffee shops and vibrant Columbia City is just 1.4 miles away with a convenient light rail station in the center of town.
