Welcome to Élise and Maxime's home, this warm accommodation offers you a relaxing stay in a family resort. You will appreciate it for its comfort, its beautiful view, its calm, its proximity to La Clusaz (10-15 min) and its major asset: its location on the slopes. A real immersion in the heart of the mountain!!! The Col de Merdassier website (1500m) is very open and sunny. It is located at the foot of the Etale (2484m), the Pointe de Merdassier (2313m) and Mont Charvin (2409m) peaks.

"Au Coin Cosy" is perfectly situated on the slopes, with incredible views from the terrace over the ski area and over the area Manigod/La Clusaz. From here you can access the massif La Clusaz ski area. The apartment has living/dining/kitchen area, bathroom with bath and overhead shower,and a separate WC. It has all the comforts for a pleasant holiday both for your winter and for your summer holidays. Several beautiful walks and excursions start about 10min by car further on.
