This Cycladic beachfront property is located at a picturesque and unspoiled place called Flambouria (12 km far from the port of Merichas). It has a front balcony where you can enjoy morning breakfasts, afternoon sunsets and an enviable view of the Aegean Sea and a back balcony which connects to a private vineyard. This well-lit and cozy house (50 sq.m.) accommodates up to 4 guests (a double bed and a sofa bed for 2 persons). All the rooms are furnished with care and have all the amenities.

Στον οικισμό υπάρχουν σούπερ μάρκετ, τράπεζα, φαρμακείο, φούρνο, κρεοπωλείο, εστιατόρια & ταβέρνες, καφετέριες, μπαράκια, νυχτερινά κλαμπ, βενζινάδικο,ταξιδιωτικά γραφεία, γραφεία ενοικίασης αυτοκινήτων.

We are located on the east side of the island of Kythnos, between Kalo Livadi and Lefkes. Our lodging offers amazing views of the Aegean Sea as well as access to a beautiful secluded beach. The beach is only 80m away from the main house, and is a 5 minute descent of pathway and cement stairs. It is usually very peaceful, with only a handful of visitors resting under the two big trees, thus giving the impression of a private beach even in the heart of August.

O χώρος μας (kythnos view) βρίσκεται στο λιμάνι του Μέριχα της Κύθνου . Απέχει μόλις 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κεντρικό λιμάνι και η άφιξη στο σπίτι μας γίνεται ανεβαίνοντας 70 σκαλοπατια αλλά σας επιβραβεύει η υπεροχή θέα μας βλέποντας όλο το λιμάνι και το ηλιοβασίλεμα. Βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό σημείο και ταυτόχρονα διαθέτει την απόλυτη ησυχία για να έχετε ευχάριστες διακοπές και ξεκούραση.

Τα δωμάτια Kythrooms είναι κεντρικά στη Χώρα του νησιού δίπλα σ όλα τα μαγαζιά. Ιδανικά όσους θέλουν να περιηγηθούν στα σοκάκια του νησιού καθώς και να ζήσουν την νυχτερινή ζωή. Συνδυάζουν τη Κυκλαδίτικη αρχιτεκτονική με το minimal design. Παρέχουν όλες τις απαραίτητες ανέσεις. Το δημοτικό πάρκινγκ απέχει μόλις δύο λεπτά με τα πόδια από τα δωμάτια.
