This Cycladic beachfront property is located at a picturesque and unspoiled place called Flambouria (12 km far from the port of Merichas). It has a front balcony where you can enjoy morning breakfasts, afternoon sunsets and an enviable view of the Aegean Sea and a back balcony which connects to a private vineyard. This well-lit and cozy house (50 sq.m.) accommodates up to 4 guests (a double bed and a sofa bed for 2 persons). All the rooms are furnished with care and have all the amenities.

Στον οικισμό υπάρχουν σούπερ μάρκετ, τράπεζα, φαρμακείο, φούρνο, κρεοπωλείο, εστιατόρια & ταβέρνες, καφετέριες, μπαράκια, νυχτερινά κλαμπ, βενζινάδικο,ταξιδιωτικά γραφεία, γραφεία ενοικίασης αυτοκινήτων.

We are located on the east side of the island of Kythnos, between Kalo Livadi and Lefkes. Our lodging offers amazing views of the Aegean Sea as well as access to a beautiful secluded beach. The beach is only 80m away from the main house, and is a 5 minute descent of pathway and cement stairs. It is usually very peaceful, with only a handful of visitors resting under the two big trees, thus giving the impression of a private beach even in the heart of August.

Ideal for those who seek to enjoy the sun and the sea, tranquility and relaxation. To get there from the port you must have a means of transport and drive for 25 minutes. It is 20 minutes from all the central points of the island
