Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Mersea Island

Had a wonderful stay at this lovely flat. Exceptionally clean with the kitchen fitted out with everything that you would need for a self catering holiday if so desired. I slept on the sofa bed which was very comfortable and my mother had the double bed in the lovely large bedroom (the pictures do not do it justice). The flat is within two minutes walk to the beach and small town which has a nice selection of small restaurants and pubs (East Coast 5 was a favourite). Would definitely stay here again.

This accommodation is clean, comfortable and very well equipped. There are lots of lovely local walks and a couple of convenience stores and pubs within walking distance. There are lots location is peaceful with a nice outdoor courtyard garden. Occasionally footsteps can be heard from above the bedroom due to the accommodation being underneath part of the owner’s home.

Lovely cosy flat with everything you needed with lovely surroundings. Julia was a great very friendly host very helpful. Really enjoyed our stay would recommend her flat as a great place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Robert and Lorraine's house. The flat is right opposite the beach which is amazing. The flat was very clean. Beds were comfortable. There were plenty of clean towels which was very handy. overall a very positive experience.

The Annex was a wonderful place to stay, set within beautiful grounds. Clean and comfortable, the unique property provided a tranquil base from which to explore the stunning landscape. The owners, Malahat and Roger,were helpful and friendly but never invasive. The garden and extensive grounds were amazing. I sat and watched deer, foxes, woodpeckers, red kites, buzzards, and listened to owls, cuckoos, blackcaps and white throats. I left feeling refreshed and somewhat restored.

First time visiting Colchester and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! Home from home and the location was absolutely perfect, literally right next to the castle park and less than a 5 minute walk to the castle and high street. Peaceful and super clean. Reilly was the perfect host. Friendly, responsive and helpful. Kitchen had everything we needed to dine in. Bed was comfy and linen was clean. The bathroom was also spotless! Thank you for having us and we will definitely be returning. 5 star 🌟 stay x

Carol, was the perfect host. A beautiful house, immaculate, modern and just perfect for a short or long term stay. The location was in the country side with beautiful, relaxing walks. Yet local to all amenities and a short drive to Chelmsford and the train station to London and coastal towns. Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful home.

Beautiful place, excellent facilities and clean. Antonina was brilliant, responsive and a lovely host. Would definitely recommend. It was perfect for our big family gathering and plenty for the kids to play with in the kids room! All in all, wonderful trip! Thank you so much for having us!

We had a great stay, the house was stocked with everything we could need. Love the extra touches of brownie/bread/milk etc left for us. Great for little children too, use of cot, high chair and baby cutlery provided was much appreciated! Enclosed garden and private driveway are a bonus as well. This home and host is a little hidden gem of west mersea. The house is impeccably clean and cosy and honestly felt like home from home I slept well all 3 nights which is rare for me when away from home. The home has just about everything you could think of in it making life so much easier all round. Everything went smoothly thanks to Jayne who was very accommodating and helpful from the moment of booking until leaving. Would definitely want to stay again in the future. Thank you Jayne.

This was our second stay at this wonderful property. The location is amazing and the area is so peaceful. The garden is an absolute sun trap. The property was so clean, the beds are really comfortable, lots of little extras that make it a complete home from home. We are already discussing our next visit, this will be a regular rental for our family, we love it.

Clean, tidy and warm. The stairs are steep but we were warned in the description. Beds comfortable.

What a fantastic stay! Kim was very communicative in the booking and check in process. The flat was spotless on arrival and she had left lots of treats for the stay with coffee/tea/condiments/spices. It felt just like a home away from home. The location was fantastic for walking everywhere as it's so close to the train station. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could!

We had a lovely weekend getaway at Tim’s place. I booked it very last minute and he was quick to get all the information to me to ensure a smooth entrance to the property. The flat itself is right on the beach with gorgeous views for your morning coffee! The flat is quiet and cosy and has everything you need for a relaxing trip. Thanks guys!

Had a perfect business related stay at the apartment of Louise. She was very clear and helpfull with all instructions, checking in and making sure I was doing alright during my stay. The apartment itself was exactly as described and like on the pictures and had everything needed for a pleasant day. Would definitely recommend for a longer (business) stay.

Great weekend in Colchester visiting friends the flat itself is very clean and tidy I found it very quiet and peaceful in the evenings close to a large supermarket about 10 minutes drive from the town centre and about 30 minutes from the beach I would happily stay here again

Highly recommend this beautiful flat as we got everything we need or even more! The spaces are clean and well ventilated. Check in and out is fairly easy, Chris offers very clear information and always responds quickly and was very friendly. Enjoy our three nights here!
