It was a very nice little apartment to stay at. It had everything we needed. The only problem was that the rooms were very bright in the morning, and we found the beds a bit hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. Other than that it was very good :)

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. April war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns viele Tips für die Umgebung gegeben. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und sehr privat, aber das Meer und die M4 sind trotzdem schnell zu erreichen. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut und schnell erreichbar. Die Wohnung hat alles zu bieten was man braucht und ist dennoch geräumig. Auch der Ausblick auf die grüne Landschaft ist wunderschön. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir würden wiederkommen. Für jeden der Südwales erleben will zu empfehlen.

This flat was exactly as described in the photos, in fact we would say, it was better seeing it in the flesh! Kate, was very responsive and clear with instructions. She was helpful with dealing with our questions too. We would recommend the same flat and would use Bay again.

We had a fabulous stay at Hen Dy. The perfect location for visiting Hay-on-Wye and the surrounding countryside. Great space for our short stay and loved the simple decor and soft furnishings. The Welsh cakes and milk were very welcome touches. Thank you for making our visit to Hay-on-Wye memorable and we'll definitely be back!

Nice, clean apartment. Only about 10 minutes from the train station and a few minutes more from the city center. Bute Park is also within 15 minutes walking. We were a little concerned when we arrived as there were trash bins and recycle containers on all the entrances on the block, some overflowing, so it wasn't the best first impression. Once we entered, the apartment was as described so we had no complaints. A couple of days later the trash collectors came so the entrance was fine. We requested an extra sheet and blanket and Sian answered immediately and provided them as well as an extra pillow that afternoon. We were pleased with the apartment and especially with her service. I would not hesitate to book again if I go to Cardiff.

Very nice stay at the apartment. Liked the gated parking, and for 2 vehicles, which was great with all our kit in the vans (quite tight to get in and out with lwb but all doable). Place was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. Sarah was very quick to reply to our query about places to eat and they were lovely too, thank you! Super convenient for the town and surrounding area.

We had a peaceful and relaxing three nights at Emma's place. It overlooks a small pond and is surrounded by trees. Abergavenny is a close drive by, as is the three castle route. The host was responsive and kind - and we were welcomed by a bottle of wine and fresh eggs in the fridge, and some absolutely delectable chocolate truffles. Our dog was with us - he had to be convinced of the stairs but quickly learned how to use them. It also helped that the host has provided extendable child gates. Highly recommend the place!

Really peaceful and comfortable, we felt right at home and the surroundings were lovely and relaxing. Would stay here again for some time away in the countryside

Byron and Kate’s place was amazing, such a beautiful space in a great location and so quiet and peaceful. On top of that Byron and Kate may well be the best hosts we’ve ever met. Couldn’t do enough for us, super helpful and had thought of absolutely everything. Couldn’t fault a thing about the property, these experiences are why we use Airbnb instead of hotels. Will definitely be trying to book here again if we are back in Cardiff. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Thanks so much

Fabulous flat - perfect place for us to stay to visit friends and family. The instructions for the television need updating as they don’t seem to correspond with the instructions! Butko problem - the flat is great!

Fantastic host! Very attentive and had thought of everything. We arrived at Afan Lodge in the dark, when we woke up and looked out the window the next day we were greeted by the most wonderful view. I traveled with my two young (5&10yrs) children and while we were at the Lodge they were kept busy with all of the bits that Krisztina had supplied and use of the garden. Afan Lodge is a great base to get to attractions and surrounding areas, with a 20 minute drive to the beach. The valley would also be a fantastic place to go biking! We would definitely visit again

Really great stay! Richard was really helpful leading up and during the stay. The flat was really clean and in a great location - would definitely stay here again.

Muhammad and his wife were very welcoming and pleasant! They did everything they could to make us to feel at home, which we very much appreciated it! The place was lovely, spotless clean, comfy bed, clean and soft bedding and towels. There is a space for making tea and coffees with some tea, coffee and milk available to be used , which is a nice touch! The shower is great and there is a big bath , if you like baths, very clean and very big! The sea view from the bedroom window was a massive plus, you see the sea from lying on the bed! The location is great situated on top of Swansea, you get the view from two bays one on the left and one on the right, hence the house’s name is called Highbay! In summary, the whole experience was a lovely and pleasant stay, we very much appreciate the thought and the effort put into it, by Muhammad and his wife! Aaron had made sure we had everything we needed including phone chargers which came in handy. The flat was very spacious, homely and well located. As a host Aaron was quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall a great stay.

friendly, great help when needed and showed a thorough walk through on how everything which was very helpful. really enjoyed our night stay, really relaxing and such a lovley place to spend with friends or as couples, secure free private parking which puts your mind at ease. really clean inside and beautiful decor.

Really pleasant stay. The room was spacious and comfortable. Everything provided enhanced the experience and the hot tub which you heated yourself with the fire was a unique and fun experience. The food at the pub was excellent and well priced.

This is one of the bests stays me and my mother ever had. Avinash is the sweetest host and very kind. The place is extremely cozy and homely, my mom came from India and she felt very comfortable and warm. Avinash even provided extra heating alternatives, in case it’s too cold for my mom which was really sweet. Thank you very much for the stay and the lovely vibe!!!

Great studio apartment with comfy bed, in a modern complex, just 20 mins walk from the city centre. Dean is friendly and helpful, and we were grateful for a late checkout. Kitchen well-equipped. Good shower. Quiet neighbourhood.

We loved our stay in the coach house. The surroundings and view are beautiful with lots of wildlife around. The accommodation was lovely and well cleaned. The only minor issue was that we couldn’t log into the WiFi. Would recommend and will be back!
