Wonderful place and very helpful and quick to respond host. The only problem we had was with the WiFi, when we asked the host and looked online both said it was on the box. Despite looking for a long period of time we were never able to locate the WiFi box which was frustrating.

Great apartment, only five minutes to reach the train. So easy access to Paris. Clean apartment with all necessities. I was very pleased!

Marc and his partner welcomed us to their duplex for one night. I can safely say that this is the best accommodation we have ever stayed in. Unfortunately we were not able to meet in person on arrival because we arrived at night, but it was only postponed since we were able to see each other the next day on our departure. We were treated to a jar of honey produced by Marc in his hives, which is excellent, and breakfast from them. They were really very welcoming and caring, having arrived late at night, they did not hesitate to offer us to stay until 1pm to rest. The accommodation is very nice, a pleasant aesthetic surprise awaits you upstairs. The bed is very comfortable, we slept wonderfully and even plan to buy the same mattress 😂 I highly recommend this accommodation if you are hesitating, both for this one and for the hosts who were wonderful

Kaltrina's place was great to stay in. Close to public transport, and the night bus. There is an Aldi and Bakery near by. The area appeared a little off the beaten path, it was very local with few tourists around, which added to the local feel of the place. Highly recommend!

The stay went well. Guangyu was very responsive in answering any questions. The house was as described and in very good condition. We had a pleasant time 😊

Accommodation as described, perfect for a couple! No worries about parking in the street. A small peaceful corner close to Paris, we recommend it!

We stayed in the house for a few days with eight people and had a wonderful time. The house and garden offer plenty of space for long meals together and activities such as badminton, table tennis and boules. From the house, you can't see any other buildings; the view of the trees and landscape surrounding the house is magical and calming. The only negative point I have to mention is that there wasn't enough toilet paper, cleaning cloths, and garbage bags. When we asked, we were told we would have to get them ourselves from the supermarket. Given the high rent, I'd assume I wouldn't have to buy garbage bags myself.

I had a good stay in this accommodation because it was pleasant due to its cleanliness, the location... Everything was perfect from start to finish. The environment is quiet, so pleasant.

Carinne loves to host and it shows! Beyond the proposed service, there are many marks of attention that give this rental a rather exceptional character! We'll be happy to come back:)

We had a short stay at Aurelie’s place driving from the UK to a family wedding in the South. Our family of 5, felt very comfortable, our young boys slept very well in the bunk beds and our baby in the cot provided which was built ready for our arrival - very helpful when we arrived late evening! The pool is a great size and very clean and the gardens are beautifully kept, the children enjoyed the trampoline and the pool, as well as a few toys provided. We enjoyed so much we’ve rebooked for our return journey to back to the UK. Thank you Aurelie and family ☺️

It's so tempting to not give this place the review it deserves because I want it to be available for all my future visits to Paris, but Anne & Jean-Luc absolutely deserve all the accolades. This apartment is the quintessential Parisienne apartment you always imagined living it. Tucked away and quite but convenient to everything you want to see. Well appointed including decor imbued with family and building history but without feeling fragile or cluttered. Anne was incredibly responsive and accommodating. She offered luggage storage and provided her own family items to make sure my toddler felt at home. We truly felt at home, and my group regularly proclaimed it our favorite AirBNB we'd ever stayed at--we're already looking forward to future stays here. Thank you, Anne & Jean-Luc for the magical experience.

House well suited to groups because there are lots of rooms , which is nice. The neighborhood is quiet and there are a few shops nearby which is very nice. We had a great time at Olivier's

We loved everything about this place!!! It was perfect for our family of five. The backyard is stunning, the neighborhood is safe and quaint and it was easy to access the metro to get into the city center. If you are going to Paris with a family or group of friends, this is the place to stay!

Very nice short stay with family . Very welcoming, smiling and friendly host. Proposed hot tub, pool and jeep tower to take a ride through the forest. Charming little house isolated from the eyes of others but not far from the hosts in case of problems which is very good . Opportunity to walk and meet the goats and horses which made our 3-year-old daughter happy. Possibility to shop not too far away and next to some nice places to do. Beauvais Cathedral/Saint Paul Park… We recommend this small place of charm and calm . We wish Philippe and his family well and lots of beautiful things .

Charlie was an incredible host. Her place was charming with the most beautiful view of the Sacre-Couer. We found the bed exceptionally comfortable and it was nice to have a good hair dryer available. If you like style and a want a magical experience in Paris, stay here. We loved it!

An absolutely extraordinary experience! The houseboat in Conflans was a memorable place to stay for our family. The waterfront location was not only idyllic, but also perfect for exploring the charming surroundings. We were particularly impressed by the loving and thoughtful amenities – everything was very clean, comfortable and decorated with great taste. You can tell they've worked with heart here. The stay was quiet, relaxed and at the same time very special. We would come back anytime and highly recommend this houseboat!

Typhaine's accommodation was clean, stylish and equipped with everything that makes a vacation relaxing and easy. Although the terrace faces a small one-way street, it was a good and protected place to sit or eat. The apartment has a parking space, which we were allowed to use free of charge. In addition, the Achėres-Ville train station is about 20 minutes' walk away, with a line to Paris/Center. A boulangerie is also right around the corner. The plus for a relaxed breakfast. Typhaine was always very communicative, helpful and friendly. If we had any questions or problems, we quickly received an answer. We can fully recommend this accommodation. Thank you, Typhaine!

The house is very welcoming and spacious, especially the office and the bedrooms. 1 table and 6 chairs in the dining room and the same in the garden, leaving the possibility of eating outside without constraint. The positive points: 2 of the rooms offer a very convenient adjoining room. All the necessary products were available (washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, paper towels, tea towels, etc.) and the kitchen is well-equipped (including 3 coffee machines!). The TV benefits from the channels of a box. The presence of 2 toilets is a plus and the garden is very pleasant. Lionel was very available and responsive. Less positive points: The stairs creak but do not disturb sleep (even for light sleepers like me) and an organization is necessary for showers with only one bathroom for 6. These small details did not spoil the stay and the house was very much appreciated by everyone! I would recommned this property.
