Orchard surrounds 900 sq ft bedrooms and the living room have smart TVs, the kitchen is well equipped. The fenced yard has shaded outdoor areas to BBQ and enjoy sunsets. This home is a great choice for larger groups or just a few! Centrally located in Grand Junction with plenty of parking and a fully fenced yard. Two living areas and a large, fully stocked kitchen give you lots of room to stretch out. The bedrooms are designed with flexibility in mind! I've got two other properties in town right next to each other that each sleep 5 - let me know if you are interested. Now cooled by central air conditioning and mini-split system.
