Gorgeously located gem in the heart of Cognac, this is a super apartment ideal for enjoying the areas beauty - perfect for long strolls, accessible to Cognac's best eateries and only a stone's throw from the famed distilleries.

We stayed at Frédéric's for 3 nights. Very nice apartment, tastefully decorated and very clean. The terrace is really the highlight of this apartment. It is also very well located and the waterfront is very quickly accessible on foot.

I recommend this accommodation we can't find better in situation we are facing the sea and even if the weather is not nice we can enjoy the view behind the large bays, the house is very well equipped, house ideal for gathering with family or friends, bike path right in front, easy to park out of season. Very responsive and available host.

Pleasant stay and exactly what I needed...

My husband and I loved the apartment and Pierrick and Eve were very welcoming and helpful. Little personal touches like fresh flowers completed the feeling of being at home. Beautiful surroundings, excellent location and perfect amenities. A gem. Would highly recommend it and would come back.

Beautiful Villa in a nice peaceful location

Very nice house, very convenient with its 4 bedrooms, and the kitchen/living room area all in length and without walls between them, bringing a real feeling of a large friendly and very bright house. The garden is superb and we were able to eat outside every day, with the barbecue. Autonomous arrival and departure thanks to the key box with code to enter. Throughout the stay, Fanny was very responsive, answering our questions accurately. We would recommend it in a second.

Quiet stay in the countryside with background music, river singing. Great for stays in a large tribe. The house is spacious, very well equipped, moreover with taste. Nothing is missing and Tony and his wife are very friendly, available and attentive. Canoes allow a safe walk to discover the environment for all ages.

From the moment we arrived, Nicole was welcoming. His house is amazing, perfect in the heat with the pool, but also close to many cities with plenty of activity!

Danielle and Dominique are very welcoming and above all they were present at our arrival and departure, it is rare these days. The only thing I think it would be good to clarify in the listing description is that there is no real shower room. There is a separate shower and a toilet with a small sink. Wonderful stay at Antoine's. The house is superb, at least as much as in the photos, quiet behind the harbor in a cul-de-sac, while being a 5-minute walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. The courtyard / terrace is a real plus, spacious, pleasant and well vegetated, as well as the winery to store things and leave more places in the house. Comfortable bedding, super well-equipped kitchen, everything is there! Lots of things to do in the Côtinière or not far away, you don't get bored, with or without children. Antoine was very responsive to the info, and so was Laurent who welcomed us. In short, great value for money!

The apartment is in a very good location right in front of the beach and very close to the port and the city center. You can walk everywhere. It is spacious, very well arranged and equipped. Perfect for 6 people without being on top of each other. The views from all the rooms are breathtaking from morning to night. Really a nice place.

Parking space. Sea view and sea 100 m away. Valerie's kindness and her little attention. 5 min walk to the beautiful beach of Pontaillac, its restaurants and shops. Conclusion: it was perfect, you can go there with your eyes closed.
