In our cozy little village, 20-30 minutes from Annecy, Geneva or Bellegarde/Valserine, come and enjoy the countryside. Close to shops and public transport (LIHSA line 22). On approximately 50 m2 and 2 levels, the house includes: Ground floor: living room/kitchen with direct access to the terrace, shower room and separate toilet. Upstairs: two bedrooms (double beds 140) and toilet. <!>Pets accepted, avoiding leaving them alone if possible (in an unknown place). Ski resorts 50 minutes max.

Quiet and pleasant accommodation 15 km from Annecy. Fully equipped as an apartment (dishwasher, washing machine, TV, Wi-Fi...) with west-facing balcony, closed parking, in a pretty individual wooden house. Ideal for 2 people, nature lovers (many hikes) and to discover Haute-Savoie. 2026: New shower I do not charge a cleaning fee in addition to the nightly price, but I am counting on you to leave the accommodation as clean as you would like to find it.
