Holiday rentals with a patio in Mesilla

A great location for exploring Las Cruces: close to restaurants and grocery stores, a short drive to Dripping Springs and downtown, and just under an hour to White Sands and El Paso. The apartment is spacious. The kitchen is well stocked. Nice modern TV and fast WiFi. The bed is the foam variety and quite soft. Nice walk in shower in the primary bathroom. Plenty of closet and storage space.

I highly recommend this place! We stayed for a night and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The interiors are beautifully designed, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Some highlights that stood out to us: Impeccable Cleanliness: Every area of the unit was spotless, including the bathrooms, which were exceptionally clean. Attentive Hosts: The hosts were very communicative and responsive throughout our stay. Prompt Service: When we had an issue with the fan, someone was sent to fix it right away, and the problem was resolved quickly. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would gladly return!

I hosted my graduation party here and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The space was clean, beautifully set up, and had everything we needed to celebrate comfortably with friends and family. It felt cozy, welcoming, and just right for such a special occasion. The host was kind and responsive, making the entire experience stress free. I’m so grateful we found this place, it truly made my graduation day even more memorable!

We would highly recommend this location. We have had to stay for about 7 weeks since we were waiting for our visas to arrive. Not only is the inside very well thought out, it has details that most people don’t consider for their renters. The black out curtains, room separators, TV set ups, grab bars in the bathroom. I could go on but the outside needs recognition. The wall art is incredibly well done, there are trumpet vines and beautiful shade trees, many seating options, grill, and birds to view in the large outdoor area. Am I saying too much? I could go on but I’ll end with this- the communication is always prompt and considerate.

What an adorable little place! Serene Settings, easily walkable to Mesilla square with lots of local shopping, and fantastic eateries. well appointed kitchen, upgraded and easy to use appliances. separate spaces for study and TV watching. sparkling clean and super responsive hosts. highly recommend if you are in the area, will definitely stay here again !!!!

We booked this location because we had enjoyed staying here last year and knew it was a good location and a lovely place to stay during our visit with my husbands family. Everything was as nice as we remembered from our previous stay. We were glad to be within a short distance of the Mesilla Plaza and the bike path along the Rio Grande.

Arrio's place was a little oasis for our family.. it was spacious and clean.. the children enjoyed playing in the lovely back yard and we enjoyed the peaceful mornings out there.. would definitely recommend it.

Nice adobe house, perfect if you have a little one and extremely comfortable

We were looking for a weekend stay for my nieces birthday, and all the 2 bed hotels were 400+, I decided to try my luck on airbnb and this location was the only one that was the same price as I was seeing for hotels- but for an actual house with a hot tub and top tier privacy! Every other airbnb listing was 1000+ at the time, with it being May and graduation is a busy month.. but, this house was PERFECT in every way, best of all it was 3 miles from my brother in law. From now on every visit to las cruces we will rent this place only. its worth every penny.

We really enjoyed staying here! We are a family of 6 and there was plenty of space for us. Home is beautifully decorated, clean, and had everything we needed for our two night stay. The Mrs. Pac-Man arcade was the best bonus, the kids loved it and so did I! Would definitely stay here again.

Just what we needed for our weekend stay! It was close to the highway so it was easy to drive to my sister's house!Very close to shopping which we found convenient! The A/C was a welcome relief from the 100 degree temperatures! We slept soundly !

Nicole’s home in Las Cruces is absolutely outstanding. The house is incredibly clean, spacious, and feels brand new in every way. From the moment you walk in, you can tell how well cared for the space is—it’s spotless and thoughtfully arranged, with plenty of room to relax and unwind. Everything looks and feels fresh, as if the home was just built. On top of that, Nicole is a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and truly committed to making your stay comfortable. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

It's as warm and clean as home. I really like it when the sunlight shines through the window into the room. The homeowner was also very warm and friendly. The area around the house is quiet and safe. Supermarkets and the like are also very convenient nearby, just a few minutes' drive away.
