My place is a wooden house built by local carpenters with local timber. We use 100% renewable energy and even the waste is off grid. Situated in our 2 acre garden in a residential neighbourhood, opposite the pine forest. You can walk to the village for boulangerie and restaurants. We are 15 min from the Atlantic beaches of Contis. Découvrez notre logement neuf, à Moliets-et-Maa à 10 min de la plage en vélo et 5 min du bourg. La maison dispose de trois chambres. Au rdc, chambre parentale équipée d’une tv, avec sdb et wc privés. À l’étage, une deuxième chambre (lit 160) avec dressing, une sdb+ wc, et la troisième chambre (lit 160) avec dressing. Le séjour et la cuisine équipée, donnent sur le jardin clôturé, plancha,jacuzzi et piscine privés. En famille ou entre amis, profitez paisiblement de notre région.
