A free private parking space is at your disposal at the foot of the accommodation for more comfort.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space, close to Lake Geneva, YVOIRE, THONON-LES-BAINS, EXCENEVEX and its sandy beach, GENEVA and the mountains - (Les GETS, MORZINE, CHATEL, LES LINDARETS-Village des CHEVRES. For leisure, you can go to the small DOUVAINE cinema or a CINE LEMAN type UGC about ten km away on THONON. You will find a Bowling alley with video games and multiple pool tables. In winter, the family resort of HIRMENTAZ is 40 minutes away and AVORIAZ is 1 hour away.

For a stay between lake and mountain, our apartment is located a few minutes from the beach (Tougues), 8 min drive to the Swiss border, 10 min to the village of Yvoire, 20 min to the center of Geneva and Thon-les-Bains, 40 min to ski resorts, Annecy and 1 hour to Chamonix.

Le Studio du Lac is located on the Domaine de Belle-ferme. Independent entrance, the apartment is on the 2nd floor of a majestic 19th century building. The studio has a bathroom, an arranged kitchen, a warm seating area with its pellet stove as well as a beautiful space for your meals. For sunny days you can enjoy the private balcony. the apartment offers you a magnificent view of Lake Geneva as well as the Alps. Ability to visit the estate.

Single-story 50 m2 accommodation for 1–4 people, with private unfenced garden, located in Filly, (Sciez Haute-Savoie), in the heart of Chablais, close to Lake Geneva and the Alps, in a Provençal farmhouse-style house. Warning: electric car charging not possible. We provide bed linens and towels. We kindly ask guests who come in pairs to let us know if they need two beds. Without specification we will prepare the double bed in the bedroom.

The apartment has just been redone and refurbished, it consists of a bedroom with double bed 140x190 (bedding changed in 2025) a bathroom with bathtub, a living room/kitchen with views of nature and the lake. The kitchen and the bathroom are fully equipped. Essentials are available so you don't have to run to the store or clutter your suitcases. You have the option to park at the house when you arrive and park 1min walk away

Charming tree house

This tree house, a true haven of peace in the heart of the Jura mountains, will bring you a total change of scenery if you like tranquility, isolated but not too much, the sound of the alpine horns and the birdsong will be your morning alarm clock. A cozy nest in the middle of the forest. Equipped with electricity but no running water, a good way to learn to use it sparingly, a hot shower outdoors is nevertheless possible,

Located in Loisin, France, a car is essential to get to the accommodation, and to travel around the region. NB: No TV, heating limited to 21°C.
