The house is located 5 minutes' drive from the medieval village of Yvoire, 15 minutes from the Swiss border, 30 minutes from Geneva and 1 hour from Annecy city center. The first ski resorts are approx. 40 min. away.

Its location is ideal for a holiday between lake and mountains: 850m from Messery beach, 5 minutes by car from the medieval village of Yvoire, 15 minutes from Thonon-les-Bains, 35 minutes from Geneva, 40 minutes from the nearest ski resort (Les Habères). The 271 bus stop for Geneva is at the foot of the building (35-40 min to Genève Rive).
