You will find basic food as well as bicycles allowing you to access the surrounding area The studio is 5 minutes by bike from the lake, 7 minutes walk from a supermarket and the village center ski resorts only 30 minutes away

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space, close to Lake Geneva, YVOIRE, THONON-LES-BAINS, EXCENEVEX and its sandy beach, GENEVA and the mountains - (Les GETS, MORZINE, CHATEL, LES LINDARETS-Village des CHEVRES. For leisure, you can go to the small DOUVAINE cinema or a CINE LEMAN type UGC about ten km away on THONON. You will find a Bowling alley with video games and multiple pool tables. In winter, the family resort of HIRMENTAZ is 40 minutes away and AVORIAZ is 1 hour away.
