I highly recommend the guesthouse – it has an excellent location for skiing, a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and serves delicious food.

I rested comfortably in a promising accommodation like my own home. The kitchen is equipped with all the fixtures, and both Mestia Airport and the city can be reached on foot. My acquaintance gave me a bottle of wine as a gift, so I had the opportunity to taste Georgian wine. I was comfortable because he always responded quickly. It's on a peaceful and quiet street and has a good view.

Qeti responded very fast and was very helpful! The place is very nice: clean, freshly renovated cosy bedrooms with private bathrooms, pleasant interior, lovely art in the living room and great location. Kitchen is not quite as cosy (cold water only, stove takes a long time to warm up the food, no kettle), but usable and enough for moat needs while travelling. Great value for the price, we had a good stay, thank you Qeti!

private house with a stunning open view. The balcony of the house facing a village view that also included an amazing mountain view. The mountain in front of the house is 3800 meters high!!! We were with a rented car and the house is a 4-minute drive from the city center. when you arrive in the town call Lia so she can help you find the place. Lia and her whole family are lovely people who helped us with any help we needed. Lia even occasionally gave us food that she cooked for her family and it was fun to taste homemade food. The accommodation unit has 2 rooms that share a toilet and shower. There is a shared kitchen that have everything you need. Keep in mind that the design of the house is a traditional Georgian style design, so it is quite simple. But we didn't lack anything during the 7 nights we slept there. The beds are good. The blankets are warm. We really enjoyed staying there and would happily go back there again. We highly recommend the place!!!!!

Very nice host Salome and her husband. Everything was shown, explained and helped with any questions that arose during the stay. The house is three-story - it is essentially a guesthouse, but we booked the whole house for a large group and celebrated the New Year here. Eight bedrooms and each have a separate bathroom with toilet and shower. The rooms are all clean, the beds are big and comfortable. On the ground floor there is a kitchen and a living room, where we spent most of our time, there is a place to stay. There is everything for cooking in the kitchen, and next to the house there is a very beautiful gazebo with a grill, which we also used. The house can definitely accommodate 20 people and sleeps comfortably

The place is exceptionally great! Room is spacious, it has a comfortable workplace and a private bathroom. There’s a water heater for 30-40l, which is more than enough for 1 person to take a hot shower. Views are great, kitchen is clean and it has an oven and a dishwasher, that eases cooking a lot. I think the place is absolutely worth its price. The only minor disadvantage is that during the day WiFi speed drops and the internet is really slow(as everyone connects and uses the WiFi). Closer to midnight the WiFi speed is enough to watch a movie online

David's building is right in the center of Mestia which is super convenient. there are many restaurants within 5 mins walk. it is also the starting point for all kinds of day tours around Mestia, overall the location is perfect. the room itself is very clean and well decorated, I enjoyed my stay a lot. Plus, David is very thoughtful and friendly. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Mesita.
