Excellent apartment with everything you might need. The inner courtyard is very cozy and perfect for enjoying calm, fresh air. Giacomo is a super host - he accommodated our special request even though it wasn’t previously agreed upon, was very pleasant to communicate with, and provided all the necessary instructions.

Very satisfied with the place, the location and our host. Andrea was exquisite, very welcoming and informed us about the visits to be done. The apartment is as described. A cozy apartment, perfect location in the very center of Venice, with a great balcony and fantastic views. Well-equipped kitchen with beautiful dishes, the hosts also took care of a set of necessary products ( coffee, salt , even olive oil!). Very comfortable and beautiful bathroom. If you don't mind climbing to a high floor, we definitely recommend it!

I spent 4 days in Fabrizio's apartment, I felt very good, an ideal area for those who love tranquility but at the same time the convenience of getting around by car and reaching the center in a few minutes and all the main services... the context and very modern apartments, automated access, nearby parking, generous sizes, kitchen complete with every accessory... Fabrizio was very kind and helpful, I highly recommend it to those looking for a quality place even in the family. Impeccable hospitality!👌🏻

Spacious, quiet and very well located accommodation in Venice. Close to the vaporettos network to get around between the islands, including Murano in minutes. We enjoyed being able to walk to a lot of places while maintaining tranquility. Although the listing says “smoking,” no smell is present in the apartment. We recommend this listing without hesitating!

The place was incredibly spacious and clean. When you enter, the lower level is a large open area. Going up one set of stairs, you encounter the kitchen, a living area, and the bedrooms/ bathrooms all on that level. The pull out couch was all set for us, and it had basically everything we needed. The check-in was easy, and Andree was nice enough to let us keep our luggage on the first floor area since our flight to Athens didn't leave until 3 pm. Any minor issue we encountered had little to do with the host and more with infrastructure issues in the city. She provided many recommendations for us.

We had a fantastic time, thank you! The location is perfect, in a quiet area around the corner from Giardini. The supermarket is 5 minutes away and the vaporetto stop is conveniently located at a few steps from the house. The flat is spotless and we immediately felt at home. It has everything you need, from perfect air conditioning to efficient wi-fi (I worked and had Zoom calls during our stay). The hosts were very kind from the beginning and welcomed us in person at the check-in, even if our arrival was delayed to after midnight. Around the corner from the house, Osteria San Isepo serves some delicious food in a quiet ‘calle’. We are looking forward to going back, highly recommended!

The location was private near a beautiful park and away from tourist areas, a plus for Venice. The beds were comfy and the entire apartment very clean. We were also able to enjoy the private garden in the back. There were also a couple of small stores nearby that the locals used for produce and other household goods, which helps enhance the living experience. We would love to stay again.

The place was comfortable, the owners let us put our heavy baggage before check in. We liked the double bunked beds and the garden outside. it was very peaceful around the place. We accidentally left the keys inside the house before coming out and locked ourselves outside, luckily the owner was kind enough to help us open the door. would definitely recommend, it was a comfortable stay

Very nice and large apartment, which was very central. Really a cozy location where you can see the canals right in front of the windows. It was a little hard to find there, but we got to talk to Carlos on the phone when we had arrived as guides us in the right place. We are very satisfied and can definitely be recommended.

This is our second time staying in this charming apartment on the Lido. The location is great, very close to the vaporetto station and many restaurants and cafes, at the same time very quiet. The apartment is perfect for two couples. We love the small garden. We will be happy to come back.

Great place, very friendly host. Martina welcomed me and guided me through check in so it was very easy, also recommended me a couple of nice restaurants. Place is extremely big and well equipped for the price, everything matches description. Good location too, about 15 min walk to mestre station, and many nice restaurants nearby. Would recommend.

We - 4 women - just returned from a 5-night stay here. We loved it. We each had a bedroom of our own, and there was a large living room with a sunny balcony. There was also a balcony off the kitchen, which was very well-equipped. The apartment was spotless and there were plenty of towels, etc. Basically, they had thought of everything we might need. The hosts, Maria and her son, who speaks English, were extremely helpful. They live in the same building but are very unobtrusive, while being available if we needed them. The apartment has its own entrance. We highly recommend this accommodation.

The place was wonderful. Every place is about 2 minutes by car. We felt the neighborhood wasn't very friendly. So, apart from the excursions, we weren't anywhere.

We had a wonderful week at this charming house with our child. The first floor is designed as a well-equipped apartment with access to a terrace and a quaint garden. The location on the island of Lido is ideal: a quiet neighborhood, only a few minutes walk from the vaporetto to Venice, with good restaurants accessible nearby and the beach 15 minutes walk away. A big thank you to Carla and her husband for their warm welcome, availability and valuable advice throughout the stay. We appreciated their responsiveness and kindness. We loved this peaceful break and would definitely recommend this place!

Francesca was incredibly helpful before arriving. We had not visited Venice previously, and her recommendation to take the water taxi in from the airport was exactly what was needed after a long day of travel. She was also quick to communication before and during the stay. A/C was fantastic which was sorely needed during our stay. Location is close to many dining and shopping areas, but off the beaten path. Strongly recommend!
