Dom is a wonderful host 🎈 – kind, smiling, helpful and truly a beautiful person inside and out! From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us warmly and gave us great local tips. The apartment is perfect – cozy, super clean, with everything you need: a comfy bed 🛏️, fridge, cooking area with stove and sink 🍳, all dishes and utensils. The water is safely regulated – you can’t burn yourself! We even showered two at a time 🚿 and had more than 5 minutes of hot water. No hair, no dirt – everything was spotless! ✨ Parking is easy, right outside the gate 🚗. The big terrace with table, chairs, outdoor sink and shower is amazing! Location is TOP – 1 min to the beach 🏖️, 13 min to ZooSafari and Fasanolandia (you must go! – animals from all over the world!), close to Ostuni, Alberobello, Cisternino, and the stunning olive groves of Parco Dune Costiere 🌿. We had a very nice stay. So close to the beach and amenities. The apartment had everything that we needed and was comfortable. I can highly recommend this place.

We never met more friendly, welcoming and helpful hosts such as Enzo and Katia. Everything was perfect and they gave us very good recommendations for restaurant, beaches and even where to buy analog film for our old camera. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We arrived the evening that Verizon telecommunications went down so we had no way to contact Maricina. We were to contact her by the AirBnB app but we were unable to do that because of the outage. Fortunately she was there waiting for us and we really appreciate that. She also suggested activities and gave us good instructions. I can see why she has earned super host status. The apartment has a sense of style and there is plenty of room for all your belongings. Also the appliances are very modern. We loved it!

Filomena was an exceptional host. lots of information to guide is and responsive to our needs. the flat is beautifully kept and the courtyard a dream.

We had a great stay in Torre Cane. The accommodation is small but very well located and equipped with everything you need to facilitate the stay. The neighborhood is adorable!! We would recommend this listing and hope to come back someday!!

Silvanas house is wonderful, right across from the beach,with even better beaches minutes away. They provided beach chairs and an umbrella which were very helpful. Silvana was very helpful and commutative, I would recommend staying here.

I’ve stayed at dozens and dozens of Airbnbs, but this one is really special. So much character and thought in designing this beautiful space with modern day amenities. Right outside your door are amazing restaurants in the heart of town. Even with all the noise in the square, with the amazing windows you sleep like a baby. I can’t speak highly enough about this gem. A must stay!

Really and truly loved our stay here!! Just wished it was longer!! In our opinion it was better than a 5 star hotel! It was set up beautifully! The mini spa area was a perfect way to spend our evening after the whole day at the beach! There is a tv in almost every room which was wow! It was extremely clean! Its spacious! Modern and calming! The bed was comfortable! To make our experience even better was the prosecco we received on arrival!

We could have stayed forever! Loved the house, pool, and fresh air! 5 minutes to the beach town with many great restaurants. Perfect place if you want to explore Puglia.

Great place to unwind with the pool available for use and the nearby beaches a short walk or drive away. The listing is as described with everything you need. Only downside was a lot of the nearby restaurants and shops were closed due to the time of year we visited. Suspect during the summer months this would not be the case.

Great stay as a family and with our 4-legged companion (welcomed like a queen in this beautiful region of Puglia). Secure land for your pet. Emidio, the owner of the Minetta villa, is very pleasant and human, from the beginning to the end of our stay he was attentive, responsive and gave good advice. The house is nice and comfortable, the pool is great and a beautiful beach a few steps away where we had a good time. We stayed at Pietro’s place in Torre Canne for 4 nights and had a really enjoyable experience. The apartment is beautifully decorated, very clean, and extremely well equipped—it had everything we needed, including a kitchen and lots of thoughtful details that made it feel like home. The small outdoor pool and patio area were a real highlight. It was the perfect spot to start the day with a coffee or relax in the evening after exploring. The location is peaceful and just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. It’s also ideally located for visiting some of the best spots in Puglia—Ostuni, Alberobello, Polignano a Mare, and even Lecce are all within easy reach. Torre Canne itself has a calm, laid-back vibe that made our stay extra relaxing. Pietro was a fantastic host—super reactive and helpful from the moment we booked, and always available if we needed anything. We definitely recommend Pietro's place and and would really love to come back soon !

The villa it is exactly how it looks in the photos maybe even better. We had a fantastic holiday and we will definitely come back. The place is it stunning and incredibly peaceful. We were traveling with our 3 years old daughter who absolutely loved spending time in the pool and garden surrounded by nature. Close by there are some of the most beautiful beaches I ever seen and very nice restaurants . The host is very helpful and responsive. Halfway through the holiday we were offered a complementary cleaning service that felt like a real cuddle. I definitely recommend choosing one of the properties of elements by istanti as they are looked after very well and nicely decorated and Cosimo and Letizia are always there to help trough the whole holiday.

This was a nice stay, place looks exactly like the photos and is in a prime location for old town Monopoli. The communication was great and check-in easy.

Chantal and Antonella were absolutely fabulous hosts, and I can highly recommend Falcomarino as a great place to stay. Well located for both old town proximity and access to the train station, great to have the whole property and lots of lovely outdoor areas to hang out and enjoy. Chantal was really responsive and easy to work with, always available to help us out when needed. Hopefully we get to come back soon!

Perfect spot. Unbelievable sunsets. Great location to walking and restaurants. A little hard to get luggage to and from where you have to park but the host was great with helping.

They never made us feel like a burden. Their patience, warmth, and selflessness went far beyond anything we expected. We left feeling like part of their family. Lina’s apartment was perfect for our few days in Monopoli and the surrounding area. Loved how close it was to the Old Town but still quiet. Perfect to have parking on site. It was clean, very spacious, and nicely furnished. Lina was great about communication, gave us very clear instructions, and checked in with us daily. We absolutely loved our time here.
