Von hier aus sind es nur wenige Schritte zum Ostseestrand, wo bereits ein Strandkorb zur kostfreien Nutzung von April bis September bereit steht. Our charming and sun-drenched house offers everything you need for your vacation. Modern ambiance meets old building charm - with 3 floors on 140 square meters! The 2nd floor offers space for the whole family - with a large living room, a dining table for 4 people and an open kitchen! On the 2nd floor is the bedroom overlooking the stream - as well as 2 shower rooms (with washing machine). On the top floor, a sitting area, a double bed and a desk are at your disposal. Welcome!

Apartment in Wismar (Baltic Sea)

We are happy that you are interested in our beautiful 68 m² apartment. The apartment is very central, so you can reach the city center on foot in 15 minutes. Nearby is also a beautiful lake, which you can reach in just 5 minutes on foot and which you can walk around in about 2-2.5 hours with a nice walk in nature. It is a 20-25 minute walk to the harbor and train station. A bus leaves every hour from the front door. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us

"Feldrain" – a cozy wooden house in the countryside, part of an ensemble with a communal sauna and private garden. Large windows open the view of the horse paddock, nature and tranquility included. On about 60 m², up to 4 guests (+2 extra beds) will find space to feel good. Chill area for kids on the gallery, private sauna wellness times can be reserved, child-friendly beach in 10 minutes by foot. Laundry packages can be booked for a fee, early check-in & late check-out on request.

Our holiday home Liwi is right in the heart of Mecklenburg and offers you pure relaxation. Nestled in an approx. 800 sqm perennial garden, you will find a sunny/shady spot at any time of the day. Immerse yourself in a sea of flowers. From May to September, the garden shines in the most beautiful colors. In max. Half an hour you are in the state capital Schwerin or on the Baltic Sea coast. The Schwerin lake is only 4 km away, directly in the village is the Szczecin lake.

The new exclusive houseboat "Souly" with its associated driver's license free motorboat offers you a total usable area of 75m2. The exceptionally beautiful floating vacation home has a living area of 36m2 and a 10m2 covered deck terrace. The 20m2 living and dining area with a fully equipped eat-in kitchen and a comfortable sofa has panoramic windows on three sides. Adjacent are two cozy bedrooms with double beds and the fully equipped shower room with toilet.

Our small, fine apartment is located on the upper floor of our house. The apartment can be reached via a separate entrance. As can be seen in the photos, there is a large room from which a small kitchen has been separated. The kitchen has a ceramic stovetop, kettle and filter coffee maker, as well as the usual dishes. In the living/sleeping area there is a nice bed (2x2) and a few small cabinets. There is also a beautiful bathroom with shower.

You will love my accommodation because of the view, the cosiness and the great location. My accommodation is well suited for couples and solo travelers. A second, smaller bedroom with a bed is available for a third person. One child from 12 years is welcome.
