Very nice place, comfortable and safe. Lots of nature, perfect weather, very comfortable facilities. The people who received us made us feel very comfortable and in confidence, they showed us the whole place we really liked it and were available for anything we need, the experts are very friendly, Duvalin accompanied us and Popis is a very nice dog, 100% recommended.

Great place to disconnect from the city and enjoy in an intimate and very nice space. Oscar welcomed us and attended very kindly. it is my second visit to this house and it will definitely not be the last.

I loved his house, it feels very nice and the truth is that we did not take advantage of it because we did not read all his recommendations in the PDF. The cleanliness is good. Plenty of bathrooms, its incredible fruit trees, its house enriched with small details such as viewpoints are very beautiful, I was left wanting a game of pin pon and basketball but the truth is that if I had read the PDF I would have done more things. It's quite hot in Malinalco, so when you arrive, you'll miss the large fans on the ceiling inside and outside the terraces. I think that alone would make the stay completely pleasant. I also think that a pool would be quite enjoyable, but I imagine that the water would make the cost of accommodation quite expensive and it is better to manage it separately with an extra cost. I really congratulate you for having such an incredible vision of your house, the way you distributed nature and recreation areas. Everything is very close to the house, 4 or 5 blocks from the zocalo and restaurants. :)

The place is great for relaxing and disconnecting from work. My dogs really enjoyed the space and went exploring the little forest. Definitely a great place.

Lovely peaceful place yet close to anything you could need and about 30 minutes to downtown CMX. Gerardo and his wife are marvelous hosts!

Wonderful cabin-house, we really enjoyed the accommodation, the house has a lot of light during the day and everything was impeccable and tidy. Even the dogs on the property seemed to be watching over us for a while. Incredible stay, thank you very much to the hostess who responded very quickly and all the instructions were clear. I hope to return. :)

Clean and well located

The house is beautiful, it has its charm surrounded by trees, its design makes it special, the kitchen and stay are very spacious. The service is excellent. We felt safe, which allowed us to truly relax. We had the opportunity to appreciate the sculptures of the neighbor Victor Hugo, which are wonderful. We plan to return.

The house is as in the photos, very nice, very large garden, very large pool, very quiet area, safe parking, we had a great time and our chihuahua dogs too!! Excellent communication, always attentive to everything and respond very quickly!! Thank you very much!

This was one of the best Airbnb's I have ever stayed at. If I lived in the Mexico City area, this is definitely the type of I would want to live in. It's a very large home with so much room to enjoy yourself. I look forward to staying there again very soon.

We spent the last few days of new year at Luis' place and had a very good time. The rooms and common areas were great for the 10 people we were and we had no problems. Luis was always in touch making sure we didn't lack anything. Mrs. Rosa took care of the cleaning and always left us everything well. The pool was a bit cold, but that's normal for winter, and after a couple minutes inside the water we're no longer sorry. Outside of the latter, everything was very good; we would stay here again. Great service from the staff , Beautiful property sn cleanliness

Everything is very good, the house is very spacious, the garden is huge, the communication with the host is very fluid and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.

This is the second time we've chosen this secluded spot near Malinalco, it's very peaceful, lots of clean air and great feelings of outdoors. When you arrive, the gate keeper gives you the keys to the house and Cleo is already there making sure the place is spotless and helping out on cooking when asked for. Even though it's secluded and hidden, the place offers high speed (40 mbps) internet, we were streaming music all day during our whole stay. The place has a pool that is heated from 9am to 1pm, but you can ask for more time if you pay the extra gas. We didn't need it as the weather was warm and it wasn't very windy. It accommodates around 12 people and it's got lots of indoors and outdoors space for activities. And best of all, it's pet friendly!
