Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Metropolitan Borough of Gateshead

One of my favourite air B&B rentals ever. Fiona is an attentive and confident host who makes your stay easy, super comfortable and enjoyable. The house is awesome. Such a good vibe. Will definitely be back.

We booked our stay for a 30th birthday weekend with family, the house is stunning and has everything you need and more. Perfect for a celebration. The stay was perfect from start to finish, the only downside we would say was the 10am check out, which we feel is a bit too early especially when check in isn’t until 4pm - When asked for a later check out there was a charge even though there was nobody else due to stay that day. Despite this, we thoroughly enjoyed our weekend and would recommend Kimberley and her lovely home. Thank you for having us.

The cottage was absolutely beautiful and exactly what we needed! the views were absolutely beautiful and the area was peaceful and relaxing. The welcome guide was so indepth and had recommendations for everything! Would definitely come back again!

Had a beautiful mini vacation with family , was accommodating as we have a baby . Everything was perfect , communication was great and fast. Would recommend for longer stays as we had two day trip and felt it wasn’t enough to see everything as there is so much to do. The house is conveniently located near shops and beach is around 13 min away by car. The house felt truly like a home and is very spacious, the house is also well equipped for everything. Would recommend and will hopefully return soon.

A beautiful retreat in a beautiful part of the world. A great place for a meeting amongst friends. Plenty of space, extra blankets for cold nights and a fire to keep warm. An amazing authentic experiences which was loved by all of us. This was a place to remember. Thanks.

The photos do not do the place justice - it is absolutely beautiful and so thoughtfully decorated. So much bigger than it looked online too and we had a great stay. The only issue we had was that the hot water stopped working mid way through the day. Elizabeth was super helpful and responsive to the problem but we had to be in Newcastle for early evening so it meant 6 of our party had to have freezing cold showers one day as the water took too long to come back on. Other than that, I can’t fault it. Surroundings are beautiful. So peaceful and yet close to shops, airport (25 mins), a gorgeous spa (matfen hall), and a 35 min minibus to Newcastle. Would recommend to all.

The cottage rooms was good and clean and the surrounding was good and nice tslking with mr sam he was akind perosn and we never experience the fire wood and jaccuzi and it was oir first time trying it out and it was the best place in the world thank u

the flat was exactly like the photos. very clean and full of equipment. easy to station and city center. Gabrielle is very helpful.

Really enjoyed my stay at James's apartment. It was just as described and very clean. Check in was easy, with the key in a safe. There was milk in the fridge and teabags, coffee, biscuits and other staples in the cupboard, which was much appreciated after a long journey. I would stay again.

The perfect place! We are often so disappointed with the lack of effort put into places we've stayed, and it was such a dream to find Sara's place totally exceeded expectations! It was cosy, clean, had lovely decoration, even homemade cookies on arrival. It had everything we needed and the patio area in the garden was gorgeous. For once it actually felt worth the money, we could have stayed a week! It felt like sara really cared about putting a personal touch into the room. Thankyou 🥰

Fantastic apartment in a delightful village in the heart of of the countryside. Belllingham is well worth visiting and has every amenity that you require for a short or longer stay with very friendly locals. The apartment was located adjacent to a micro brewery which provided a fantastic tour, street food and live music.

Nic and Julie’s place was very homely, very tidy and everything, the kitchen, the bedrooms, was of a high quality. Julie was a very friendly and responsive host, who went above and beyond to accommodate us and help us out with anything we needed. Would’ve given 6 stars if I could have.

Beautiful place to stay! The view is stunning and the cottage is beautifully presented and has everything you will need. Dionne was fantastic! She showed us around at check-in and made sure we had everything we needed. There are so many little personal touches too. She was very quick to respond and provided really helpful directions prior to arriving. We would definitely stay again.

Absolutely loved the stay here, partner booked for my birthday and he absolutely smashed it with the lodge! Beautiful surroundings, spotless and modern lodge itself, such a beautiful and peaceful stay, will be booking again if you’d have us! 🖤🖤

Absolutely loved our stay here had everything you needed and more, really detailed explanation from directions to get there and how to use all the appliances. Sarah went above and beyond with adding extra things like walks and recommendations on where to go and dine out, day trips etc. wouldn't change a thing and hope to be back soon thank you for a lovely relaxing time was amazing from start to finish

The log cabin was a fantastic find for a rare experience! We and our children were all very impressed with the entertainment and were very comfortable. We loved the personal touches and felt at home. Claire was a helpful and friendly host. Good for a secure stay and parking, and a short drive from Durham. The children loved it too and didn’t want to leave!

This a lovely cosy, quirky little home. It is clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay and thought Julia the host was exceptionally helpful and responsive. We will absolutely return.

Great last minute weekend away decision! We have had a great time. Friendly and helpful hosts. The cabin was warm and cozy. Bed was comfortable. Beautiful surroundings. Our Cocker Spaniel loved the field and woods next door to explore and enjoyed her treat from Allison when we arrived. Spotted the local barn owl which would swoop by the cabin each evening. We also visited the cafe and bought some super tasty cheeses and the sausages were top notch. Will definitely be back!!!! :-)

Had a lovely weekend here to unwind, in such an amazingly peaceful area, the pod was lovely and cozy and had everything you needed, would 1000% stay here again!

From the moment we arrived on the grounds this spot is so relaxing. The glamping pods are really well thought out and are comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with different utensils and the pod itself self was brilliantly clean. We stayed in the pod Squirrel 🐿️ and we will definitely be returning customers. Hot tub was amazing and this was checked every day throughout our stay. Pod was lovely and warm, the scenery was fantastic and it was a perfect getaway, thank you.
