Great location, close to Lindley for cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Near motorway for easy access for exploring surrounding areas. Host was helpful and responsive and accomodation as described. Highly recommend.

I can’t stress enough how much I would recommend the arty Annexe. Sue and Steve were extremely friendly and personable. The place is absolutely beautiful and was perfect to celebrate our anniversary. There are lots of lovely touches such as fresh eggs, tea, coffee and we even had some homemade flapjacks. Not to mention how comfortable and cosy our stay was. Thank you very much for being such kind and helpful host!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean with a lovely view from the window and a beautiful, peaceful garden. Lisa was super friendly and responsive, and her local recommendations were great. We especially enjoyed visiting Skipton and walking along the canal. The restaurants she suggested were also fantastic. Highly recommend this place and would love to come back again!

Beautiful apartment over the canal. Balcony was great with a glass of wine in the evening watching the world go by. There’s a new barrier to get in to park which we didn’t know about but the response was quick and the neighbour helped us. Great places to go in walking distance over the canal. If we were over that way again I would love to book.

Dan’s place was fantastic! One of the things I really enjoyed was how incredibly soft and comfortable the bed was, my wife couldn’t stop talking about it! The space was spotless, especially the bathroom, which was very clean and well-maintained. After a long drive, it was such a pleasant surprise to find some snacks waiting for us, it gave us a chance to relax and recharge before heading out for dinner. The neighbors were also very friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Séjour au top chambre spacieuse bien équipée. Literie super confortable je recommande vivement. Petit bémol sur le fait que durant notre séjour les femmes de ménages sont entrées dans la chambre changer draps et serviettes nous avons étaient assez surpris car rien n’était préciser pour cela.

Very well equipped ensuite, clean and cheerful, with a nice seaside feel, despite distance from coast. Fortunately no seagullsl Easy access and parking. Peaceful edge of town location beside the River Don with pretty Watermeadows Park and impressive Penistone railway viaduct just the other side. Easy low-traffic walks to town, eateries and station. Friendly Yorkshire welcome, and a complimentary continental breakfast was provided. We thoroughly enjoyed our very brief stay. Thank you Emily.

Beautifully decorated and designed apartment. Not notch cafe next door serving cooked breakfasts with an amazing selection of homemade cakes! Lovely riverside walks at the back of the apartment. Excellent communication with hosts.

This was a great stay. Lovely peaceful loaction with off road parking, for the price you cant beat it. Great location for getting to the arena for a concert. The in person check in was a friendly and welcoming touch. Would stay again if in the area.

Cosy, modern apartment, just as described. Set in a wonderful location which was lovely to walk around. Car park space was a bonus. Lily was very helpful and check-in was easy. Would recommend.

Had an amazing time at Holmdene in the Peak District. was perfectly located for all the walking and trips/tours we wanted to do in Castleton. Charlotte & Stuart were wonderful hosts who greeted us warmly on arrival and Charlotte gave us a detailed chat on all the walks we could do tho we didn't get to experience all of them in our short stay due to weather. We had a lovely evening in the pod with friends and we felt very at home in the apartment which was spotless and well equipped for all our needs and we would highly recommend Holmdene to anyone looking to stay in Castleton. we will definitely be back for more visits. The Airbnb was absolutely lovely - clean, cosy, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Laura and Stewart were fantastic hosts - friendly, welcoming, and incredibly responsive. They replied to all of my questions and messages very quickly, which made everything feel so easy and stress-free. The location was ideal, especially if you're planning on doing the Otley Run. It was only about a 25-minute drive away, and the Uber cost was very reasonable, just under £20, which made getting there really convenient. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. I’d happily stay again!

Our stay was brilliant for a weekend getaway to Manchester. Beautiful and relaxing surroundings out of the city, but close enough to city to keep you preoccupied. The log cabin is completely private, but facilitated with everything you need. Chris was a brilliant host, very informative of local businesses, we even had a lovely breakfast at local recommendation of a farm shop/cafe. Will be recommending to friends.

This is by far the cleanest Airbnb I have ever stayed at. The quality of fixtures and attention to detail was an absolute pleasure. Such a beautiful view to wake up to. I can say enough nice things about the place. I hope that we can come back soon

Had a brilliant stay, was met by Kevin to check in, he was very informative and couldn’t offer enough advice/guidance. Vikki was very responsive during communications and always very respectful and clear. The place itself is amazing, very spacious, clean and you get plenty of towels, cutlery etc. The hot tub is very well kept and smart. The hosts are there if you need anything but leave you to total privacy. The view from the back is outstanding and we had a brilliant time. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
