Great place, perfectly clean and stocked of all the essentials. Comfy beds and very nicely decorated, welcoming little holiday home. We had a great day and will definitely be back for more walks in the beautiful area

John was an amazing host. The place is gorgeous. Love the added touches of providing the essentials of milk, eggs, bread and the lemon drizzle cake was delicious! The place is located between the 2 main villages and the walks around it were great! Thanks for a lovely stay :)

Just got back from having 3 lovely nights stay at Carr Cottage. The cottage is spacious, very clean, well equipped, comfortable & warm. Good size bathroom with an excellent shower and large towels which is always a bonus. We only used the first floor bedroom but the bed was so comfortable. The location is perfect for getting to Halifax, bus right outside your door, an hour walk to Sowerby Bridge along the canal and a bus at the bottom of the road to Hebden Bridge. Also, a friendly local pub a few minutes walk down hill too. Thank you Ric & Ingrid for being great hosts, will recommend 😊

We spent four nights here. Arrived late after a long journey and found instructions very clear and the house perfect for our needs. There is a spiral staircase which might not suit less mobile but very secure and well lit. The cottage was so comfortable and well set up. Lovely places a short distance away and really nice walks straight from the cottage. Overall very comfortable and easy access to busier cities if that's what you want.

For our purposes – putting up family visiting from abroad – the house was ideal in every way. Thank you, Tina!

Was so convenient for our favorite restaurant, Eric’s & lots of nice bars & restaurants. Great parking & very well equipped, lovely linens & lots of large fluffy towels which was a nice bonus. Would definitely stay again.

Phil was a great host - meeting us when we got there to pass the key over. Had a good chat about the history of the conversion - could tell he was very proud of it, as he should be. Great communication - even helping us out with local taxi info. The place was perfect for us and we really enjoyed the time we spent there - it has a lovely homely feel and very relaxing. Everything you need and very clean. Couldn’t ask for more - only more time to stay there.

We had a great week in this flat and would definitely return , Pubs & restaurants on your doorstep and a great balcony to sit out on and watch the world go by. Also Nick our host is a nice guy .

Mike's place was perfect for our 3 night trip to the Colne Valley. The farm shop just across the road and pub a short walk away were very handy. The place was very clean and had everything we needed, and we felt really comfortable as soon as we walked through the front door. Would lo e to come back and explore the area more.

Beautiful cozy farmhouse in a lovely town near Leeds. The place was absolutely gorgeous - warm, inviting, and full of charm. The hot tub was amazing, and there were plenty of games to enjoy. The host was super helpful and thoughtful with great local recommendations as well as leaving crumpets, fresh milk and butter and a selection of cereals and snacks for us to enjoy. No negatives, highly recommend!

We stayed overnight at Diana's and it was perfect. The photos don't do it justice; it was much better and the living area, bedroom and bathroom were all huge! A great place to stay.

Me and my friends stayed here for one night, it was lovely, a quiet neighbourhood and a beautiful view, Karen herself was very responsive and was always available to give me information when needed, the kitchen was lovely and clean,.The description to this room was as matched, it felt at home and safe. Very impressed

We stayed for a single night while working for a couple of days in Leeds, much better than being in a busy city centre hotel. Cottage was clean and well equiped, host communicated well with easy access for our late evening arrival and early morning departure. Would return if we are in Leeds again.

a lovely place to stay, perfect for 1 person (though would fit two people). the host very kindly messaged prior to mention they supplied milk, butter + bread, noticed I was vegan and provided alternatives! there was tea + coffee provided, plus lots of seasonings and condiments in the cupboards should you need. comfortable bed, clean + tidy space and perfect for a 3 day trip. would definitely recommend :)

Great location quiet, easy to get to. We stopped just 1 night so didn’t use anything in the kitchen but it had all you would need. Plenty big enough for 2 people with really comfy bed and large bathroom with walk in shower . Would definitely stay there again

We had the most amazing time in your home Stuart and Angela. ❤️ You made us feel so welcome from the moment we stepped in. The views were breathtaking and the peace and quiet at the cottage was just what we needed. The views of the village, the sun set and the full moon were all beautiful gems we got to experience at Top of t’hill. You really have made it a cosy and comfortable stay, and it was a perfect getaway, away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The gym and sauna were great facilities that we benefitted and enjoyed too. Your eco environment friendly home and surroundings was an inspiration to us. Finally, your hospitality and kindness, and lovely chats with us made us feel like old friends! Awesome value for money. Really lovely stay! we had been hiking for 7 days and staying in my camper van so it was a really nice comfortable break. We couldn’t figure out the washing machine but Richard and their partner (so sorry I have blanked on your name!) came right over and helped us! very attentive, and kind. Would definitely stay again.
