From the moment we arrived Leonardo and Gabriela were just above and beyond what any other air bnb we have stayed in. They had wine, water, a huge chocolate egg and the typical Italian bread for Pasqua for us to enjoy. Fruit, walnuts, eggs….just above and beyond! The local restaurants are absolutely amazing! Some is the best food in Florence. Podere, Gualtieri for breakfast and espresso, the pizza place, S’Brino is the best gelato in the city! This was such a great apartment and the host was so friendly and responsive whenever I reached out- whether it was help with directions, recommendations, etc. She really thought of everything to make our stay as easy and comfortable as possible :)

The house was suitable for 7 people. The host helped us to communicate actively before our visit so that there was no inconvenience. The check-in time was postponed due to traffic issues, but the host greeted us brightly and explained the place without any inconvenience. The location is not close to the center of the city, but it was nice to have our own time in peace. There were plenty of towels provided, and the place was spacious and clean, so there was no problem.

Such a lovely home! Very charming, tidy and clean. The location was perfect if you want to stay a little further from the busy city center but close enough to walk. All the decorations and furniture were clean and charming. The kitchen had everything the two of us needed. We made breakfast and dinner in the rental. My 18 year old daught slept on the pull out and said it was comfortable. My favourite part was the view out the window from the table. I will definitely return!!

Perfect stay in Florence - excellent central location, huge apartment, very clean, comfy bed, quiet at night, water pressure good in the shower. Truly nothing else to ask for! Amazing choice for a Florence stay!

The apartment is very well located, with easy access to the subway station that takes you to the city's main tourist spots. The house was clean and organized. We feel comfortable and safe. In addition, communication with the owner was quick, always responding with the necessary information. I recommend this place for your stay.

Alessandro was a great host. Really friendly and helpful with whatever we needed. Also there was a really cute dog, that gave kisses every morning! The area is cute, quiet and local, and we were within walking distance from the wedding, we were going to. The price is really good for everything that you get from this place! Flavia is a charming and very attentive host. Her house is beautiful, it is a late 19th century family house, very beautiful, with large rooms, nice furniture, terraces with a superb view of the Tuscan hills. Her home is ideal for a family visit to Tuscany in summer, because located at altitude, it keeps pleasant temperatures, even in times of great heat. Finally, the village of Saltino is friendly and lively, with shops, cafes and restaurants, and the forest all around.

It was the ideal base for a Chianti holiday. Paolo

We loved our stay in this beautiful vacation home, perfectly located in the peaceful Tuscan countryside. Sandra is a very attentive host, she was always available for any questions and proactively communicated making the check in process very easy. The house is well appointed. I would like to point out though that only one of the bedrooms has total privacy as the other two bedrooms can only be closed off by a curtain. This contributed to its charm as a lot of the old features of the house were preserved, and wasn't a problem for us. We definitely would come back. Thank you Sandra.

We stayed in the villa for 3 weeks with my family (2 young kids) and it was absolutely perfect!!! Francesca was an incredible host, fantastic communication. The house itself was beautiful, clean and the pool was just magic. Close to Florence and all the wonderful towns nearby, we can’t recommend this place enough. Would stay again without hesitation.

The apartment is only a 3-minute walk from the train station, and it takes only 5 minutes to go to SMN train station, with many trains.The apartment is very tidy, no noise at night, Patrizia is really a very kind host, warmly welcomed me, and recommended me a lot of places, I will choose to stay here next time I come to Florence!

We loved our stay here! The beds were really comfy, very cozy and calm interior. With lots of cool vintage pieces all over the house to look at. The apartment was super close to the city, took us maybe 20 minutes max to get to and from most of our desired locations. And Adriana was so sweet, she even left some little treats in the house for us. I saw some complaints of noise, but Florence is a city like any other, it has night life. For us being from NY this wasn’t a bother at all. It was still a relatively quiet street and still close to downtown. We slept great every night we were there :)

It was a brief stay for just one night at the end of our Tuscany trip, but we had an enjoyable time in the spacious modern apartment.

Lorenzo was the kindest and sweetest host and this apartment is in the most perfect location to explore Florence. The entire place is absolutely beautiful and the bathrooms are modern and well appointed and the kitchen is perfectly stocked with anything you need including coffee :) Lorenzo went way out of his way to greet us and make sure we weee well taken care of from start to finish . Highly recommend!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Maridana's apartment! She was always responsive, the place was clean, had all the great amenities mentioned in the listing. It was at walkable distance from valid bus & tram stops, and a 1km walk from Forenze Rifredi station. Maridana gave us many local recommendations and we really appreciated her hospitality. Would definitely recommend
