Condo holiday rentals in Metropolitan City of Genoa

First of all, I would like to thank Giulia and her husband for the wonderful welcome and the help they gave us to be able to leave our car safely in a free parking lot. In addition to this kindness, they left us coffee and cookies and other small groceries in case we needed them. Giulia's apartment is very clean and very well located in the historic center of Genoa, which is very convenient for walking to all the cultural sites. It is also a very lively neighborhood with a multitude of restaurants and bars nearby. Giulia leaves a lot of recommendations for activities and restaurants that are very close to her apartment. I highly recommend you try it. In the end, I recommend this apartment 100%.

A great place from which to explore Genova. Or to sit on the terrace and do nothing if that’s what you want. Laura is an excellent host with lots of helpful suggestions. We’ll be back!

Paolo was very friendly, gave us suggestions of places to go and where to eat in Genoa. The house was great, with plenty of space and all the necessary amenities to make us feel good. We liked it a lot

Stefano is an ideal host, very friendly and welcoming. He also provided us with very good addresses and good recommendations for our stay in Genoa. The apartment is very nice with atypical decoration, like a museum. The bedding was also very comfortable. At first glance the street seems a little "hostile" but we had no problems except a little noise the first evening. Please note, however, that there are many steps to climb to access the apartment. Finally, I highly recommend Stefano's accommodation.

Sofia was very helpful and gave us some great recommendations for beaches and restaurants in the area. The Airbnb was very clean and in a great location! Would definitely recommend staying here :)

Silvia is a wonderful host and personally greeted us upon arrival. Communication was excellent and information about the apartment and appliances was thorough and easy to understand. A booklet with great recommendations is provided along with info about various tours, etc. The apartment is truly stunning and blends historic details with contemporary furnishings in a very sophisticated way. The five large "porte-fenêtre" create an indoor/outdoor feeling. The location is on an important and characteristic narrow street in the historic center of wonderful Genoa. Everything you need is within walking distance. You’ll experience the sights and sounds of daily life in the city. We stayed at Monica's place for 3 nights and had an absolutely wonderful experience! The apartment was perfect for exploring Genoa with its incredibly central location - we could walk everywhere with ease. The combined living/sleeping area worked brilliantly for us since we were always out sightseeing. Monica is an exceptional host who waited for our arrival and gave us a thorough tour of both the building and apartment, showing us where to find everything. This personal touch made settling in so much easier! The location is unbeatable - there's a delightful bakery right across the street for fresh breakfast, and just steps away you'll discover a charming street packed with fantastic restaurants and cafes. Perfect for food lovers! The bathroom exceeded expectations with strong shower pressure and all essentials thoughtfully provided. Simply a wonderful place to stay! The apartment is beautifully situated with stunning views of the bay. It is exactly as it looks in the photos! Luca was an exceptional host - extremely helpful and responsive, there is nothing he could have done better. The property is well appointed and a tranquil refuge on this stunning coastline. I cannot recommend highly enough and will definitely be back!

Central apartment very close to the Cathedral, very quiet and cozy. Only problem if you are high attention to the bed on the mezzanine...but once you "took the measures" no problem. Self check-in always leaves us a little sad. There is no one to welcome you and provide you with useful tips for your stay.... we found neither maps of the city nor other information ...so we left a copy of our paper guide for the next Italian guests. Elle allowed us to anticipate our entrance by a couple of hours compared to 3:00 p.m. Be careful not to turn off the refrigerator...the switch is with everyone else!

It’s been our third stay in the casina blu. We love it so much and it never disappoints. It’s like coming home in the holidays. Silvia is very kind and caring. The apartment is peaceful and quiet, with amazing views of the sea and of nature.If we could give more stars we would.

Great stay at Gian Luca's! The apartment is impeccable and perfectly located for visiting the city. Hosts are very responsive and attentive to guests! In the streets around the apartment, there are many prostitutes. This did not bother or worry us, but it is a parameter to take into account. Thanks again to the two hosts

We had a fantastic stay at this very special apartment in Genoa. We were three friends traveling together, and the apartment was incredibly spacious and full of character. It has a unique artistic charm – not your standard holiday flat, but something with real soul. The apartment was clean and in great condition, with the kind of patina you’d expect from a historic building – full of atmosphere, yet with everything perfectly functional. The kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms were all well-equipped, and the terrace was an absolute highlight: stunning views over the port and a perfect spot to unwind. Communication was flawless and proactive from start to finish. The location is excellent – close to everything you might need, yet peaceful. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates a unique place with personality. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

This was great! Clean apt, elevator building, a/c, washer in unit. It’s very close to the train, and a very short walk to food and shopa!

We had a very good stay at Giuseppe and Valeria's. The accommodation is very pleasant with its large terrace in the heart of old Genoa. The kitchen is very functional and well equipped . Giuseppe is very available to advise vacationers and in case of problems. Really perfect. We'll be back with great pleasure. 😍

Nice and very bright apartment with a very nice view. We had a pleasant stay and Sabrina spoiled us with her kindness and lots of good things for our breakfast. The plus is surely the parking space, very useful in Genoa! Sabrina is extremely responsive and attentive to our requests. I recommend it without hesitating and we'll be happy to come back.

The accommodation is very clean, the pool is beautiful, be careful to have good legs to go down to town, not many buses and paid parking if you go down by car

We loved our stay in Santa Margherita! Cosimo’s place was clean, spacious and quiet. It’s walkable without big luggage (5 minutes from the station, but up steep stairs!). We stayed with our 6 month baby and walked to the main city centre multiple times. Thank you for your lovely home- we would recommend this place to anyone travelling to the area!

Tamara was a great host. She welcomed us very friendly and gave lot of recommendations about the area. Even when our dog got sick she was very helpful and supportive. The Appartement was great, very comfy and clean. The balcony was perfect for breakfast and dinner. Would definetely recommend to go there.

Fabrizio and his wife welcomed us warmly, they were very available and discreet. The brand new apartment with a terrace is impeccably clean, and nothing is missing. The view is very soothing in the wooded and flowery countryside, and the pool is very beautiful and clean. A little extra, their wine is very good, We recommend it!!

An unforgettable stay in Genoa! Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The accommodation is even more beautiful than in the photos: tastefully decorated, clean, warm and very well-equipped. Every detail has been carefully crafted. This is a place that I would take whoever I come back to the region. It is located in a very quiet yet near to all attractions, restaurants and where you should visit. The house is super clean and is as same as we saw in pictures. Breathtaking view, and all facilities and amenities were available. Carla was one of the best hosts we’ve ever met. She made herself available to meet and guide us through everything we would need, very available with speed of response. This is a no brained to pick when you plan to come to Rapallo, Santa Margherita or to Portofino.

Pierangelo was extremely kind, available and always responsive. The accommodation is peaceful with a stunning view and an amazing pool. We had an incredible time and can’t wait to be back!
