Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Metropolitan City of Genoa

Chiara and Andrea resolved me A mess I had made with the wrong bookings were prompt and very nice and friendly and comfortable to be able to arrive whenever you want without having to wait for anyone ! Thank you very much Chiara!!

What a pleasant stay in Nervi. The terrace was so relaxing with the gentle breeze we didn't even need the A/C (in June)...The host was thoughtful in how they decorated and provided for the needs of the guest. So pleasant to walk from Marina to the Nervi park with the wonderful rose garden, using the oceanside broad walk. The tunnel to access the walkway is right near the entrance of train station which is a 5 minute walk. So easy to hop on the train to Cinque Terre or to Genoa city proper. The apartment was in a great location walking by foot for 3 minutes to fruit/veggie market, grocery store, and bakery. Would definitely come back, if we had extra days we would just lounge on the terrace and watch the ships sail by. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

Large and nice apartment with large patio. A little far to the city, but with the bikes it was absolutely great - only 5 min to the train, and 8 min to the city center. We had a great time and will be happy to come back.

We went to Genoa with two small children ( 8 months and 2.5 years) to visit the city but above all with the precise goal of meeting the fish of the aquarium of Genoa. Our stay was perfect. The apartment is spacious, spacious and very well cleaned (a very important fact since, above all, the little one is doing the experiences with the crawl) The welcome was fantastic, they were attentive to every detail, we also found pesto, trophies and even a bottle of champagne in the refrigerator. The possibility of parking in the building is a very convenient service for those who move like us with 2 strollers. The central area. I can only recommend it to everyone.

very quick response to all our messages, the apartment is set in a lovely little spot, just renovated, think we were the 3rd or 4th people to stay there, very well finished apartment, amazing views, only 9 mins in the car to the beach at. the cafe del mare restaurants, worth a trip to that beach if you can the water is Cristal clear, the stones very special and different. we will definitely return next time in Genoa ! thank you

We felt at home, super equipped and clean even for us with two small children and special needs. In a great location near the sea, in the center, and children's playgrounds. Alessandro and Barbara are super helpful. Highly recommended, if there is an opportunity, we will be happy to return

The flat of Guglielmo is a very good place to stay in Bogliasco respectively at the ligurian coast, and very closed to it. The flat is in the top floor on a hill so you will get a gorgeous view to the sea from the balcony. It is stunning. Bogliasco is a small fishing town, not very overrunned by tourists but very good connected to the public transport (train). So you have good connections to Genova and down the ligurian coast (towards Sestri Levante). Due to this closeness you hear the trains going by, but this is almost impossible to avoid in any village at the ligurian coast since the trains run along the coast. Finally. Guglielmos hospitality and kindness rounds it all up to a very good and highly recommendable place to stay. I never experienced such an checkin before where the host (Guglielmo) took us for a tour around the village. He was always very helpful and responsive. So all thumbs up for recommendation.

Lovely and comfortable well equipped small flat that we will happily return to. The location is perfect, one street away from the beach front, and close to the station. It is a lovely lively street with many shops and restaurants, a fun market on Wednesday and best cafe ever right next door which we absolutely adored. Marcella was very quick to respond to any of our questions and always helpful. Highly recommended!

We had a nice stay at this apartment in Genoa. The space is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for both short and longer stays. The location is convenient, not in the center, but with easy access to the city center by public transport. One of the highlights was the stunning view over the city—perfect to enjoy with a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The host was exceptionally responsive and helpful, making check-in smooth and offering great local tips.

Margherita, her husband & Alice are a lovely beautifully friendly family. Their place is a dream! Cozy little house with a lot of outdoor space with a beautiful view of the mountains and the ocean. Sunsets there were breathtaking. Margherita was always helpful and responsive. I totally recommend this place. We had the best time!

I really enjoyed my brief 1 night stay with Alberto. The bed was very comfortable and the room both clean and stylish. Breakfast was very enjoyable too. Alberto couldn't do enough to make my stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. He was very pro-active recommending places in Genoa to eat, see and do. I look forward to going back and exploring more when I have more time! Thank you :)
