We had a great time at Alba's house. Great location to go to the beach, shop and go out in the evening. Modern and functional furnishings. We really liked the terrace in front of the kitchen where we could eat. The bedrooms are comfortable, a quiet one, the others a little less because of the street. Very kind owner and always available for every request.

Salvatore's apartment is truly characteristic, an old cellar in the heart of Nicotera, renovated and refurbished with taste and love. The village is also very particular and perfect if you want to experience the reality of a beautiful place like Calabria. Salvatore was extremely kind and helpful with any request! We would definitely be happy to come back if we were to return to Calabria :)

The apartment is near to the train station 10 min walking 3 mins by car. 20 min by car to the airport. Scilla beach only one train station away e.g 10 mins and Tropea about 75 min by train. We arrived very late at night and having the host support to check in and was super easy. Floriana response very fast and always available for any question and always gives a recommendation, the apartment feels like your grand parent house, antique decoration with very large spaces. ACs on the bedrooms. We had the host lives at the same building and he helped us in some requests. It was like a family holiday and having a family member who lives on top 😌

A cozy house full of light, equipped with independent spaces and a living terrace where you can breathe in silence and sunbathe. A perfect bed to make peace with the city's insomnias... It was really nice to spend 5 days between remote work and relaxation in this apartment that day after day became a bit of my home. Difficult to leave.

Franco's apartment was a very good decision. The apartment as described, Franco is a nice and very helpful person. he answered all the questions, recommended places to visit. I sincerely recommend staying with Franco when you are in Kalabri.

The place is extremely clean and everything is new! The location is prime as it is within walkable distance to restaurants, transport, cafes and other key places in Reggio Calabria. It was the first time I have been with my whole family (6) to the South of Italy, we had a great time and we will definitively go back for more. The weather was splendid in relation to weather conditions that in England we can only see until May. We went in the 3rd week of February. Tizianna and Giuseppe are fantastic hosts, perfect and immediate communication. They both communicated in English and Italian and gave us advice on places to visit, transport, restaurants and other aspects. This place and the hosts are a jewel! Thanks for everything!

Very comfortable and clean fully equipped apartment. Very accessible for my family of 4. Convenient location to entire area and highways. Close to a supermarket. The air conditioner was a big plus as it is not typical for the area. Plus as an added bonus there is a small clothes washer. I highly recommend — particularly for families.

new structure, tastefully furnished, very comfortable beds, charming pool and strategic location to reach the main tourist towns. In the kitchen there is all the necessary dishware, etc. The presence of the washing machine was great. It was like being at home, a pleasant stay... super recommended...

It was a very nice stay, in a comfortable and very clean apartment, which completely exceeded our expectations. But the Residence where the apartment is also very well-kept. Every day, gardening works are done, and the swimming pool is also very clean. Then host Isabelle was always available and very interested in making sure we were doing well. Finally, we can say that it was completely worth it and we are already thinking about returning again if possible.
